Private: garden (fenced) with lawn 400 m2, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 130 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Oct.) with shutter cover. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
