★ Transparent things to note regarding Locust Lake Village ★
We are located in Locust Lake Village - an HOA that will require Rental Form Application. All you need to do is print your parking pass ahead of time and bring it with you. This will also give you 8 amenity passes that are already located at the home. Simply drive to the home with your pre-printed parking pass, and enter the home.

During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire house and its amenities, ensuring privacy and relaxation throughout your visit. Explore the surrounding areas - walking distance to a playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts.

Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with:

For your convenience, please review our check-in/check-out procedures and any additional guidelines outlined in our rental agreement. Pets are welcome with prior approval, and we kindly ask that you respect our property and the surrounding environment during your stay.

Quiet hours:

Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am, during which excessive noise is prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination and incur security fees of $300 for the presence of a security officer.

Occupancy:

The home accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. Additional guests beyond this limit will incur a charge of $50 per person. Any undeclared guests found during the stay will also be subject to this fee. Moreover, guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be asked to vacate the premises immediately for trespassing.

Smoking:

There is no smoking in the property. There is a $250 per day smoking fee.

Early check in:

Early check-ins are not guaranteed. Although Airbnb permits you to choose your preferred check-in time, management must approve any check-ins before 4 p.m. Having your booking request accepted does not guarantee approval for an early check-in. If you wish to check in early, please message us to request it. An early check-in, if approved (earliest check-in time is 10:00 a.m.), will incur a $100 fee.

Late checkouts:

Late checkouts must receive approval from the management team. If you stay past your 10 a.m. checkout time without approval, you will be automatically charged for the next night`s stay at the full price. There is a late checkout fee: being 15 minutes late on checkout day incurs an additional $75 fee. If you hold onto our property for 1 hour past checkout, there will be a $100 charge. If it`s more than 2 hours late, you`ll be charged for an additional day at the base rate, without any discounts. Please note that this additional charge does not grant you possession for the extra day; it is a penalty for holding possession beyond the agreed-upon time, as this could negatively impact future reservations and incur costs for housekeepers waiting for access to the property.

Pet fee:
Pets are permitted based on size, but please inform us in advance and disclose if you plan to bring a pet to prevent cancellation. An additional Pet Cleaning Fee is applicable per pet:
•⁠ ⁠1-2 Nights: $150
•⁠ ⁠3-30+ Nights: $200

All approved pets must not be left alone, unattended in the unit. A $200 per day fee will be charged for any unauthorized pets found on the premises.
PARTIES:

The home strictly prohibits parties and noise violations for all residents, including Airbnb guests. Actions such as hosting a party, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having unreported guests beyond your initial booking are considered rule violations and will result in a $300 fine.

CLEANING:

Our cleaning fee assumes guests will be courteous, cleaning up after themselves by putting dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, and leaving the place as they found it. If the housekeeping crew finds an excessively messy condition after check-out, an additional fee of $150 will be charged.

Fireworks are prohibited. Please respect the community and township`s rules and regulations. Guests will be responsible for paying any fines imposed by the community and township. Service Call Fees During Ongoing Reservations:

During an ongoing reservation, any fees incurred for handyman or service calls will be charged to the guest if the need for the service arises due to the guest`s actions, negligence, or damage.

Guest-Caused Damage: If it is determined that the issue was caused by the guest`s actions, negligence, or direct damage, the guest will be informed that they are responsible for the cost of the service call.

Normal Wear and Tear: If the issue is determined to be due to normal wear and tear, the property management team will cover the cost of the service.

By booking this unit, you have read, understood, and agreed to all these house rules. Violating any portion of house rules will be grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refunds.
