Office staff was rude and kept asking me when I booked the room. That’s an odd question to ask someone when they’re checking in nor have I ever been asked something like that nor do I have that sort of thing memorized. Anyway, there’s roaches in the sink and my towels were full of someone else’s hair. Then someone comes around in the middle of the night going door to door trying to open the rooms and my husband yelled at him to stop. I booked 2 rooms for me and my family which were the same exact rooms and one was modeled and updated and one was not. Very odd.
