Roshy's Retreat ~ sea views off deck - Off Peak Special!

ROSHY'S RETREAT is a 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests with some sea views from the front deck and close to the beach.

Open plan kitchen with microwave, under bench oven, stove top, fridge/freezer, dining area with sliding door to back covered verandah, living area with TV, DVD, CD player, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, sliding door leading out to covered front deck.

All bedrooms with ceiling fans, bathroom with vanity and shower, separate w/c, laundry with top loading washing machine. Fully fenced gravelled back yard with clothesline, gas BBQ.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen plus trundle, bed 3 - 2 singles plus trundle.

Plenty of room for parking and the boat.

Garage not for use.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Pt Turton has a General Store with general groceries, bait, ice, fuel, delicious baked pastries and take away food.

No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

**OFF PEAK SPECIAL** excludes long weekends and school holidays
15% discount on off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more

Staying at Roshy's

We enjoyed the stay at Roshy's Retreat. It's a lovely location and of course the house can accommodate far more than one couple. One of two small maintenance issues could be addressed - such as hinges on the rear veranda door.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here; the house had everything you could wish for to make us comfortable. There are some small maintenance issues that need attention. I suggest to the agents: Include in this review a section whereby anything needing attention could be listed. I am sure the property owners would appreciate this.

We definitely would choose to stay here again - so much to see so easily on Yorke Peninsula from this house in this lovely town. Fantastic meals at the Point Turton Tavern.

Our stay was wonderful. The only thing that I could suggest to make it better, would be to replace the bbq. It was very clean but it had seen better days. Otherwise a wonderful place to get away from it all.

Holiday Bliss

Roshy's place was great. Had everything we needed and more! Lots of tourist information to inform our day trips around the Yorke Penninsular. Excellently appointed with everything we needed for a comfy warm night - glass of wine/cuppa on the verandah overlooking the water on arriving back from our day. Wondered up to Taven on Turton for a quick drink last night and stroll home watching the pelicans & changing light on the water. Brilliant! I would highly recommend Roshy's place for families - big & small.

Well equipped, spacious in a great location

Plenty of room, wonderful view, very clean. Instructions re COVID to being own quilts & pillows misleading. There were quilts and pillows there. Tons of dvds to choose from. TV reception good. We had a wonderful stay.

What a perfect spot for relaxing, exploring family fun! We absolutely loved the accommodation, the location and Point Turton! House was clean, check in super easy, had everything we needed 😊 great location close to the best bakery (donuts especially!) and the beach! We can't wait to return!
