Private: terraced garden. 6 km long very steep, narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking at the house. Shop 9 km, supermarket 11 km, restaurant 9 km, railway station "Biasca" 11 km. Nearby attractions: Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Museo di Leventina, Giornico, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Lottigna, Chiesa di San Nicola, Giornico, Locarno, Ascona, Lugano.
