Excellent Experience!

The house is in a stunning location and was beautifully landscaped. We all had a lot of fun in the pool, and the house was great too. The property manager was very helpful and responsive! There is a wonderful restaurant close by with great views of the city. We all highly recommend this house!

Last house at the top of the hill ! Great view. the layout of the house was different from anywhere we have stayed but it really grew on all of us. We enjoyed the pool and outside dining.

Great Location

The location, the view was awesome, but the property need better cleaning; checks sheets, towels, utensils and kitchen cleanliness. You should do a restoration and better maintenance of the surroundings ... including patio and pond. If you make those details it is the perfect place to return.

El lugar tiene una vista hermosa, es cálido y tranquilo, cuartos grandes y cocina frente a la piscina.... de noche uno que otro insecto pero es normal por la localización. Fredi es bien amable y te guía hasta el lugar.... Check out es flexible y uno muy cómodo.

Property need some improvement 😏, cabinets falling a part in the house, noise

Over all the only impressive element of this property is Fredie , the maintenance person. He is ready to lend you a hand for anything you need not matter the time, location is in need of many improvements ,cabinets falling apart in the house,closets are very old and need new AC in house. Kitchen is full of mosquitoes every morning and dogs out fit all night, terrible.

Beautiful scenery. No internet service

Beautiful place on the outside. Dirty inside. No internet service for first two days. Owner wanted us to bring in the cable box to get it replaced. Then on 3rd day there in the morning there was no water. Three of us had to go to our appointments without taking showers. Owner did fix it right away though.

What you see in the pictures of the outdoor area of this house is beyond perfect. The house itself is anothe matter. The property is crumbling, smelly and over run with rodents and lizards. We found mouse droppings under our pillows. All the of the furniture was covered in lizzard poop. Anytime we went into the kitchen we had to fight an army of ants and had to wipe lizzard poop off the counter or the dish drainer. It was so bad we had to put food items in the microwave to protect them. There were many places in the outdoor area that was crumbling and falling apart. There were even sections of the yard that was roped off as unsafe. The property manager was a jewel. Even with a language barrier he was more than accommodating. When called he would show up in 10 minutes. It is a shame that a lovely property has been allowed to fall into disrepair.
