This stylish place to stay is perfect for families or friends. The community is beautiful with three man made lakes, catch & release fishing & playground for kiddos. Located only 15 minutes from historic downtown Savannah, & just 40 minutes from Tybee Island. Hilton head is less than 50 min away. New shopping centers & movie 🎥 theater will also keep you entertained. A perfect relaxing place that will feel like your home away from home. Sleeps 8 with 2 cots that are perfect for kids. Enjoy our Community swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool to cool down on hot 🥵 days!

Please do not leave a review if your stay is not at a FULL 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ status. We want your 100% satisfaction!..ANYTHING LESS than a 5 star review brings down our ratings substantially and effects future bookings. Let us know if you are having any issues DURING your stay and I will do my best to accommodate you. Issues reported after a stay will not qualify for any sort of compensation. A pet fee of $98 per day is mandatory per pet, along with the $300 pet deposit. Only mid size and small animals are allowed under 20 pounds. No more than 2.

There is a $50 fee for early check in’s, but only if the time requested is available (no more than 2 hours early). Dropping off personal belongings is considered an early checkin. Our maids need time to clean the property and sometimes they run a tight schedule. A $50 fee for every 10 minutes late will be deducted from deposit. Please checkout on time (11:00am) for a smooth checkout.
Note that any tampering of the nest video will result in full deposit being lost. Front door video is to insure that maids get in to property to clean on time, as well as making sure our guests have no problem getting into the unit with the assigned access code. No events or parties of any kind. If policy is broken, guest may be asked to leave and pay a $300 fine with no refund of booking. Anyone at the property is considered a guest, whether they spend the night, or not. Please be honest with your guest amount. All deposit may be lost if more guests show up than the amount that is booked. Note that Pool is only open in the Spring & Summer. Contact me for dates. Only 2 vehicles are allowed at the property and must park in the driveway. No parking on the street, as our HOA will fine us. If more vehicles than what is allowed is parked, or parking on the street occurs, then full deposit will be lost. Host also has the right to ask guest to vacate with no refund if rules are not followed. NO refunds if ANY issues are brought up AFTER guests stay. We take pride in resolving issues DURING our guests stay. Guest agrees to inform host immediately of any issues or problems that guest endures. Guest agrees that any negative review that impacts hosts ratings will be removed if guest doesn’t inform host of said issues that are noted in review DURING their stay. By booking this property, you agree to all of the above.

Property is spotless and very nice location. 15 minutes from downtown SAV and the SAV airport. Host responded quickly to any questions we had as we are new to this form of vacationing.

This was a nice home. The space was clean and well supplied with dish-ware and soap. Nice and quite neighborhood if you're looking for a relaxed stay.

The property was fairly close to RRR. It was clean and quiet. Now that I know how to open the fancy lock, I would stay here again.

Beachy perfect!

I can’t express how perfect this house is! Beautiful inside, safe neighborhood, & just a $30-$40 Uber ride away from Savannah. 45 mins from Tybee Island. When we come back to Savannah, we will definitely rent again. Prices on Uber were higher due to St. Patrick’s Day weekend festivities.

Clothes in dryer...no light bulb in laundry room...very few wash clothes..no dressers in 2 bedrooms... very few kitchen essentials ...such as sponge..enough silverware we have rented other places nothing to the low degree of this place..no instructions for tv ..garbage left from previous tenant

Could be 5-Star with a few improvements

The pros: very nicely decorated, plenty of room for the 5 of us. Neighborhood is quiet, and it doesn't take long to get to the highway to head to Savannah. We were able to figure out the Roku television system or stream from our laptop. The cons: while it was cold outside and warm inside, we constantly struggled with the NEST thermostat, which seemed to override our attempts to turn it DOWN, so we would wake up too hot to sleep. The mattresses are a little too "squishy" and made my back hurt after 5 nights. The cute blue decor extended to a too small Keurig coffee maker, for which we had to buy a 30+ pack for us to make one cup at a time for 5 days. I think a larger standard pot would make sense for a 3-bedroom house. We needed to do dishes immediately, as there were not enough bowls or coffee mugs, and the silverware was practically disposable quality. There were also barely enough towels and those were mismatched. We had 4 small bath towels and 3 washcloths and handtowels for the 5 of us. For what we were paying, I would have (and have had) better. We had to ask to get additional TP (1 roll per bathroom for 5 days) and the supply closet didn't even have many more towels that could've been used. Communication was quick when we had issues but I had to reach out for instructions on checking in and what to do when we left. There wasn't a welcome email/text or book telling us what was expected on departure. With a few changes to the kitchen supplies, housekeeping and basic communication, this could be a 5-star home.
