This 45m² ground floor apartment is located in a private seaside residence in Pornic. It is situated within the "HORIZON ATLANTIQUE" residence, with a secured outdoor car park, direct access to the customs officers' path leading to Fontaine aux Bretons Beach, and a heated swimming pool available from 15 April to 15 October. Nearby is the ECO DOMAINE DE LA FONTAINE AU BRETON, which offers dining facilities, a bicycle rental service, a grocery shop and a SPA area. It has a double bedroom (140cm bed) and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 3 people.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home; ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, moulded casserole dish, citrus press. The lounge-dining room has a television, Wi-Fi access (fibre network) and direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is independent and accessible via the bedroom. A hairdryer and washing machine complete the rental. Enjoy the sea-facing terrace and its outdoor furniture (table, chair, parasol, sun loungers and electric plancha).

Tout s’est très bien passé lors de notre séjour. À part un souci de fuite d’eau à notre cafetière Nespresso. Heureusement la conciergerie a très vite résolu notre problème. Ce serait bien de mettre à disposition des résidents une cafetière classique avec filtres pour remédier au problème.
