A Great Getaway, 5⭐️, 2nd Row Home w/ Great Views & Many Amenities."

Mellow Yellow is a luxurious 2nd row beach home. The property is located in the family-friendly Sandcastle Subdivision. The house has two levels with a master king suite, full bath, and private balcony located upstairs. Remaining two full bathrooms and four bedrooms are located on the main floor, three bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with bunk beds (6 twin beds and one double bed). There is also a Pac n Go portable crib, high chair, books, games, toys and baby gate for your little ones. The main Deck has a gate for safety for the fur babies and children.
All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and living area has 55" ultra HD and surround sound.
The house also features high speed internet, Roku sticks (or Roku TVs), Sling , live TV, Prime, and Netflix complimentary. Spacious living area/kitchen / dining area has a open floor plan and beautiful ocean views. The kitchen features gas range with double oven, large island with four bar stools for additional seating. The dinning table seats eight. There is also 8 TV trays.
The house features a large partially covered deck, easy walking or golf cart access to beach, and a small fish pond in the back yard. (Fishing is allowed, catch-and-release only please). On lower patio there is two swings, two picnic tables, charcoal grill, and a shower to clean up and relax after beach use.
Linens and cleaning service are included in the cleaning fees.
There are many local restaurants, grocery/ hardware store, recreational rentals, souvenir shopping, and minute markets within 2 to 5 minutes from the house. There are brochures, magazines, and maps at the house for more information.

We loved our time at Mellow Yellow. Everything was just as pictured and described. The room spaces allowed us to spread out. The walk to to beach was short. We enjoyed seeing the ducks and turtles in the pond.

Wonderful Property

We came with a big extended family group in order to have a memorial for my grandma. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and the AC worked well! The kitchen was stocked with things to make cooking at the house a breeze. It is a short walk to a very nice beach and close to a atore with all your needs. It’s located on the more quiet part of town, we enjoyed it! We highly recommend and will hopefully return for a longer trip!

Annual Crystal Beach Trip

This is the best house we have rented in many years of coming to Crystal Beach with our large family and friends group. The layout is perfect, the kitchen is large and great to eat, play games, and gather in. Very close to the beach, we had no trouble getting our golf cart out there and back. Everything was clean and organized well. We didn’t need for anything the whole time we were there. My son loved the porch swing! The owner was great at communicating check in process. We could not have asked for more! Thank you so much for renting your home to us!

Great location close to beach. Clean. Kitchen fully stocked. Plenty of towels and beach toys. Even provided plenty of trash bags and dish washer detergent, shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. Even in the outdoor shower and very very responsive. 2nd time we’ve rented this house. Loved it.

BEST VRBO EVER

This house was the best VRBO we ever rented. 6 adults and 5 children under the age of 10. It was clean. It was well supplied. It was close walk to the beach. Property Manager very quick to respond. Our group consisted of 8 adults, a 3 year old and an infant. We have stayed at a different home the last 3 years, but with the addition of the new baby, we had outgrown our former home away from home and had to find a new place. The house was better than advertised. Nice large dining table for everyone to eat together, kid friendly, nice large pantry to store a week's worth of food, short walk to beach, responsive owner/manager, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, and the list goes on. If you're looking for it, this place has it!

This place is gorgeous. The amenities are all upgraded. The property manager was easy to work with and very understanding. She left detailed instructions that were clear. This place sleeps 16 and we only had 9 guest so we have a lot of room to move around. The view in the morning is so beautiful. This is a place to come back to. We all enjoyed it. Family getaway

Loved our stay at the Mellow Yellow Beach House! Walking bridge over the dunes was nice but would have loved vehicle access. The house was beautiful just like the pictures. Lots of dinning space, showers, and little extras that we enjoyed. Brandy’s blanket was a big hit among all the girls! Plenty of patio room with lots of seating for those quiet mornings with coffee or moon gazing at night. Loved the safety gate at the top of the stairs, the booster seat, and pack and play for our youngest granddaughter. Pirate ship bunkbed was a hit for our grandsons. Something for everyone. This place was perfect. Oh, and the ducks and turtles were entertaining in the inlet. Thank you so much for the hospitality! You’re home is beautiful!

Family getaway

We needed some good ole fun family time and found the perfect place!!! The house was spacious, clean and plenty of bedrooms for all the family! The outdoor spaces provided plenty of seating for eating and relaxing. The views were so pretty and the beach was very clean! There was one little hiccup and that was that it was a little warm in the living area and bedrooms at night. But when we left the a/c people were there to check it out. We were all very disappointed that we didn’t book the cabin longer!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Much needed relaxation

Everything you need is there. Linens , beach towels , beach chairs , 2 minute golf cart ride to beach , see the beach every morning when you wake up. No beach noise( other people) from your deck, just the sound of the waves. No need to take anything besides drinks to beach. Just go back home and eat then back to beach. Outdoor shower was wonderful! We all used it , instead of the indoor showers on beach days. You will not regret renting this property!
