Location is great- beautiful views right on the water. We were disappointed to walk in to a VERY strong dead fish smell. It was coming from the fridge. When we called to let them know they said they’d send someone to try and clean it and we never heard from them again. Anything we put in the fridge ended up tasting like the dead fish smell. So if you are going to use the fridge/kitchen- that might not work. We sure couldn’t. We also woke up one morning to ZERO water. There is a water hose down stairs- we tried to use to rinse sand off our coolers. When we turned it on- it didn’t work, so we turned it back off. Somehow that is connected to the main water line for the house and turned it off. It’s not marked and is directly under the water hose, so watch out for that. They said it happens all the time. I’d suggest letting guest know the water hose is actually the main water line moving forward. Explains the lack of water pressure actually. Anyway- views are good, everything else is less good and they weren’t very helpful at all.

The Best Beach View!

The house was immaculate and the views from the living room were stunning! This home is RIGHT ON THE OCEAN! The extended deck was super spacious. The separate laundry room was great. I am a big fan of the pocket doors, also. The towels were thick and fluffy and the beds were super comfortable.We loved staying here! We were close to The Big Store and all of the restaurants . Loved 29.2 Latitude Surf Shop, as well. Fantastic beach house all around.

Great property and location

Immaculate rental, one of the best beach front spots/locations on peninsula, and 10 ft to sand in your feet, can’t be beat. Property exactly as described and will stay there again. The management company did great at staying in touch throughout to ensure all needs were met. Zero issues during stay. High quality amenities and comfortable seating and beds, which is not usually found. Owners and management are doing things right at this property.

Excellent last minute get-away

We picked this house because of the ocean-front location. We were not disappointed during our 4 days 3 nights stay-cation. The house was extremely clean when we arrived. It actually passed wife's clean white socks test when she walked around the house. The host was extremely helpful and replied very quickly. Make sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, soap and beach towels though. Definitely looking forward to going back again!!!

Great location right on the beach

Beautiful home on the beach, kitchen equipped with all the tools we needed, even an ice cream scoop. Appliances were a bit dated, dishwasher may need service, seemed not to perform well. Location allows pets, but the grass areas immediately around the house have stickers so not friendly to dog paws. Master bed mattress also wasn't as comfortable as the other rooms, seems to be ready for renewal. Left a day early instead of sleeping in another room. Location is convenient to a grocery store, but suggest bringing staples like butter, as local price was high. Internet went out and last day, suspect due to rain storms and not getting a good signal from the microwave tower. No instructions in the guest guide on how to troubleshoot. Ocean view is fantastic. Would be nice to be able to open the windows, but the mechanical parts dont keep them up.
