Location, Location, Location - Welcome to Shore is Fine! This beachfront home is located in the highly sought after Emerald 1 addition and is just steps from the beach. This house features an open floor plan with 180 degrees of ocean views. There are 4 bedrooms (2 with California king size beds!) and 2.5 bathrooms. All linens and towels are provided at no extra charge. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, snacks, and refreshing beverages. Ample counter space, modern appliances, and a large island make it easy to gather everyone together for a memorable beachfront dining experience. The huge deck that overlooks the ocean is a great place to visit with family and friends, watch your favorite show on the outdoor TV or play washers or cornhole on the provided boards. There are 2 kayaks available for use. The ground level features a charcoal barbeque grill, picnic table and shower. This house will not disappoint.

Awesome time

My wife and I stayed at Shore is Fine for a weekend getaway in April. Everything was perfect. The house sat right on the beach which is just what we were looking for. The house was beautifully done and had everything we needed. The property manager was super easy to work with and very responsive. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Place

This house was amazing & beautiful, perfect location. All the beds were comfortable the porch was great you could Watch everything on the beach without being on the beach. So many extras & so many things to do & play with! We didn't want to leave 😂. We will defiantly be going back! The property manager was awesome!!

The perfect getaway

This house was amazing!! All the beds were comfortable the porch was great you could Watch everything on the beach without being on the beach. The property manager was amazing we had some trouble with the fridge working and she guided us through that, the chairs downstairs were old and unable to be used so she brought us brand new ones, and the door handle came off and she even asked if we wanted it fixed that day. She knows how to run the house and was the best host we have ever had ❀

Great house great experience

Me and my family enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Beautiful house we had everything we needed the location was great being right off the beach. The people that owned the house were great and very accommodating.We will be booking again soon!

It was totally worth the drive

At first my family were all very upset at me with the two hour drive from sugar Land however upon arriving not only was it forgiven it was all forgotten. The house was absolutely gorgeous and well laid out. It was super clean and the big plus was that the property owner was pet friendly. The beach is literally right at your doorstep and the kids had a great time playing in the water.

Property needs some love

I debated on leaving an honest review because I have actually never left a negative review in my life. However, we didn't want someone to spend similar money as we did and not know what we encountered. The property is a classic short term rental that has been "rode hard and put up wet" with limited attention given to it. There are a ton of things inside the home making it convenient for someone who travels unprepared; however, for us it just made the home so cluttered we didn't even have room for our own stuff. The home has rotted window seals, soft sheetrock, cracks in sheetrock on the ceiling, soft floors, flooring is peeling, front door handle hardware is so rusty it struggles functionality, paint is peeling all over the inside of the door, the meterbox downstairs has a huge open hole in it...we had to make a rule for the kids to not even walk on that side of the house...exposed sheetrock holes of a broken baby gate, handrail walking up outside stairs are very loose and not secured to the actual house...these are a few things and the list unfortunately keeps going. Also, random ants in downstairs room we purchased some spray and treated. This is the worst home we have stayed at for a short term rental.

You wanna stay here!

“Sho is fine” is exactly that! My family and I spend a lot of time in Port Bolivar. My wedding was down there, several holidays and birthdays, and I am telling you
you wanna stay here. We went down there for my birthday this year and we were very impressed. They welcome events, the location is right on the beach, lots of parking, lots of games! We played volleyball and flew kites there’s lots more games to, including a nice assortment of board games. There’s a fire pit for a beach front fire and the upper deck has a beautiful view and lots of sitting areas for your guest. The house has beautiful furniture and pillowy soft mattresses and linens that make you wanna stay in and snuggle up (lol). The kitchen has a huge island and great appliances and utensils. They literally provided everything you can think of needing for a great time. I immediately thought, upon opening the door, that they love to have a good time here! They also left me a really special birthday gift on the counter when I arrived. I love this place and definitely will be back. Thanks so much Chris and Amber you are doing a great job!

Great place to stay

This home provided one of the best family vacations we have had. We needed space and this ocean front property did not disappoint! A wonderful balcony that was safe for my 18 month old granddaughter offered completely unobstructed views of the ocean. We were able to walk straight out to the beach. The accommodations were excellent. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds comfortable and everything was clean. Amber was very easy to get ahold of and responsive. I am happy to recommend this great home and hostess.
