2/2 on the water with feature amenities such as an 18-hole, par 3 golf course, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, Jacuzzis, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, exercise room, billiard room, miniature golf course, library, laundry, and tennis courts. Wireless internet is available at the Activity Center. Many of our properties are on one of the channels which connect with the Intracoastal Waterway. The village also provides a boat ramp for residents to launch their water craft directly into the Intracoastal.
There is also $80 resort fee per reservation must be paid to long island village. Master bedroom , Guest bedrooms and master bedrooms both have tv , wifi and cable . TV in the living room . Fully stocked kitchen and only 10 miles from the beaches.
The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools( one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant than is open from 8 am to 8 pm and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.

Great Place to stay for small family
When we arrived we were very pleased with the lot and unit. Very spacious and clean. We did have issue with the refrigerator unit but the owner/property manager quickly sent out someone the next day to fix it. Pictures on the website do not give the unit justice. Only thing not mentioned in the details is that the second bathroom only has a low lying tub which may cause issues for elderly couples or those expecting 2 showers. We will be looking forward to booking next year.
