It beautiful, however wasn't clean, the Kitcher cabinet, hand dead roaches and small live roaches were climbing through out the house. The grill didn't work., The aea around the grill looked as if it haven't been cleaned in months. the patio area was dirty and cigarette's butt was left on the floor.The chemicals that were used to clean the pool was left in the pool area. I had to clean then refrigertor and oven brfore I wasn able to use them.

Overall, the space and area of the home met our needs. We had 9 people and didn't feel crowded at all. The kids had fun swimming and playing air hockey, the adults relaxed comfortably.

Nice open floor plan

Nice open floor plan. Minimal supplies in the kitchen. Pots and pans were old and scratched. Silverware was minimal. Didn't receive washclothes or dish towels. Pool was nice. There is a Keurig. There is a small outdoor refrigerator.

The process was quick and easy. Even though it was last min booking the communication was great. The place was spacious and clean. We loved the pool table and the big room with 3 beds was great for the kids!

Birthday getaway!

The house was absolutely beautiful! I was absolutely blown away with the layout, it was bigger than I expected - that was a lovely surprise. It fit us all comfortably and everyone had an amazing time. Close to Walmart for anything we needed in a pinch! Would love to rent again. The cons I had were the grill, the pool and the communication with the rental company. The grill was left an absolute disaster from the previous renters. The grease was so caked on my husband had to go out and buy stuff to clean it. But once that was done it worked perfectly and was fine. The pool, we were so excited about the pool fountains and how beautiful it looked in the pictures and the jets were so weak it almost looked like the pool wasn’t filtering properly. I will say I don’t have much experience with salt water pools so that could very well be just how they are. However when we got there we saw the fountains weren’t on, I contacted the rental company in addition to messaging on the VRBO app and I received no call back though promised one and then received a message hours later notifying us they were off due to the last tenants causing damage. It wouldn’t have been a deal breaker but would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. It caused some stress thinking something was wrong. Especially with strict rules not to touch anything with the pool. We didn’t know what to do. Lastly the communication with the rental company. They did reply however it was often hours. Sometimes a day in between.
