Brand-new home in the beautiful, gated community of Ovation. Wake up to the spectacular, unobstructed sunrise view over St. Joe Bay from your private balcony. Enjoy the community amenities; both a beach side and bay side pool, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center, 2 community piers over the Bay, and community beach access. This home has it all! Pet friendly.

Bay Tripper is a 2,600-sq. ft. home with 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sleeps 8. It’s approximately 1300’ walk to the beach and easy access to the 8-mile Logger Head walk/bike trail right outside gate.

This home has a reverse floor plan with the main living space on the top floor (with a 13 ft. ceiling) which takes advantage of the view. There is a large wrap around deck on both the living level and the bedroom level with beautiful views of the Bay, offering over 1000 sq. feet of outdoor living space.

The house kitchen is exceptionally well stocked. Lots of seating great bathrooms. The club house hot tube takes hours to heat up but that is out of the homeowner’s control. Donna, at Be our Guest was very helpful and kind in assisting me with the updated code for club house. Great house.

Memories at CSB

Baytripper is a beautiful home in a very well maintained and quiet neighborhood. The house is in a great location on the North end between the beach and the bay. The house is very well appointed and was spotless on our arrival. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the bay. We plan to return as soon as we can!

Wonderful House!

We fully enjoyed our stay at BayTripper! The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was the perfect size for two adults and four teenagers. The king mattress on the upper level was a bit hard for my liking but my husband liked it. The teenagers each reported comfortable mattresses in the rest of the house. We loved having the bayside amenities and the kayak and fully enjoyed the outdoor deck space.

Coming back next year

We loved our stay. The house is a great set up for the 2 couples and a single that stayed. Even had room for a couple of sort term guests. We rent a lot from VRBO, and I have never seen a better stocked kitchen in any of our previous rentals. Lots of good quality pots and pans, dishes, glasses and every kitchen tool you need. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms great, nice living room setup and the location is excellent. We’ve already booked it for next year.

Can't beat Ovation at Cape San Blas

This was our 5th time to the Cape. We love it there and would never stay in any community besides Ovation. The infinity pool on the bay side is like being at a resort. All of the amenities are top notch. We really enjoyed this particular house. It is very well appointed and had everything we needed. We also rented a cart, bikes, chairs and an umbrella with the included rental credit. That worked out extremely well. Would stay here again for sure!

Big 4 bedroom house in amazing location.

This house for our group of 9 served us well. Lots of room for everyone to sleep and spread out with the porches and seating. Beautiful views and the house very nicely furnished. Loved the extra beach towels, paddle board, and beach chairs. Those came in handy. We love the bayside of Ovation for our boat and the beautiful pool. Not too far from beach either especially with the golf carts we rented. There is construction going on directly in front of house which wasn’t mentioned but it didn’t mess up our stay. Whoever gets downstairs master bedroom needs to know sun comes up in those windows so very bright very early. If you like to sleep in choose any of the other bedrooms. Overall we had a great week at this house and neighborhood. Definitely recommend it!

We have stayed in Ovation many years- Bay Tripper was a new house for us that didn’t disappoint. Well equipped house and furnishings- being OCD I love that everything was labeled for easy use! Property was beautiful- loved all the wildlife in the Bay.

Family Thanksgiving

Great home, great location, exactly as described. The home is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views and ocean breeze were amazing. The best part however, were our hosts Donna and Brian, they were tremendously helpful and responsive, each every recommendation they made for our family turned out to be prefect. Trust them, they know what they are doing and they know the area!

Great property but the mosquitos were terrible in the bay side neighborhood. We were able to kayake in the bay and with only a short walk, play in the surf in the gulf and dolphin watch.

Gorgeous Home

Beautiful home, can't say enough about it!! Just lovely! Hosts were incredibly easy to contact and work with. We had to receive an important package and they gave us their business address and the package was waiting upon our arrival! Beautiful view of the bay, quick walk to the beach!

Great Week in Ovation

The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Loved the beach motif. The kitchen is well-stocked and has everything a cook would want to make meals at home. All the appliances are brand new - love the ice machine. WiFi worked well. The location was quiet, fun and family-friendly. We had bonfires, evening walks in the bay at low tide to watch the sting rays, sand dollars, crabs, urchin and fish. We were able to kayak, paddle board and swim. We felt very comfortable here and recommend highly for a family-friendly vacation.

50th Wedding Anniversary

Celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary and absolutely adored the property, location and region. We have been to Ovation before, but this is the nicest home we have stayed in. Our family cam in form Utah to join us and loved it. The property is clean, new, full of amenities and beach toys and the property manager went above and beyond to communicate with us and ensure that we were having a wonderful time. We will be back for sure. Thank you!
