It’s almost impossible to get any closer to the water than right here at Their Inheritance in the Sunrise Sunset complex just North of the rock wall on Cape San Blas.

Your family will enjoy the peaceful breezes on the screened deck while watching the kids build sandcastles, and the waves roll in. St Joseph Bay is located directly across the street and has easy access to kayaks and paddleboards. Paddle out into the wonderful world of marine life.

Spring Break

We had a fabulous time! Literally right on the water
like up against the building. Views for days!! The sea wall has been breached and got worse as the week went on, I hope that the building owners can get it fixed because it would be a great loss of such an amazing place to stay! The house was very clean, lots of space for everyone. Super quiet and private beach. House was fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials and then some! Bathrooms are tiny but not a problem for our crew just worth mentioning if you are hoping for spacious. We loved our time there and will definitely return!

Absolutely gorgeous!

The actual property is better than the pictures. Great space throughout, we love a good kitchen where everyone can mingle and talk. Great communication with the property management throughout. You are literally right on the water with access to a walk down to the beach. It was the perfect place to exhale and reset. We will be back!

The property is PERFECT. The unit is beautiful and comfortable; location is awesome. However, the owner arranged to have upper deck replaced but didn't communicate with management company so we had to scramble to find a place the remainder of our stay. We had to settle for a downgrade on both the unit and the location. Professional Property Management was wonderful and went above and beyond to make things right. Sadly, the owners didn't reach out to us to apologize. But we were at CSB after all so still had a great 20th anniversary week.

BEAUTIFULLY decorated; great location! Management replied promptly with reservation questions. Private, well-equipped accommodations for our 3 couples & pet. Beach was right off the deck. We'll be back!

Tried send this through guest portal but was unable: Hello, we left around 8am this morning to co tongue our trip, we had a beautiful stay, THANK YOU!! Just a couple items to make you aware of; we were able to find the blender but not the cover so used a plastic baggie and a saucer and made it work. Also, the black bottom that screws onto the blender bowl had a piece already broken out of it. Because I was able to make it work anyway it wasn’t a big deal but thought you would like to know as I don’t think it will last much longer. There were not any hangers to be able to hang up the dresses I brought and a display of wall hooks down by the front door would have been super useful for our hats and jackets and purses. But we would DEFINITELY stay again in a heart beat!!!!!!! It is a beautiful home in a beautiful spot that contributed to our beautiful memories! Thank you!!!

Wonderful space

Even with all the rain, we enjoyed the beautiful space to relax and read. The sound of the surf while we slept was so relaxing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Right on the Beach

Beautiful! Right on the beach means 20 feet from building to waters edge; it's that close. Marvelous sunsets looking west over the Gulf of Mexico. The condo was very well maintained, the kitchen well stocked, the linens fresh, and the floors clean. Everything met or exceeded our hopes. Kids loved the out side hot/cold shower so they could quickly warm up and then go swimming again. There a faucet near the front door to wash feet before entering. Covered parking is available for one vehicle and non-covered parking for a second vehicle. The door lock is key coded so everyone could come a go as they chose without worrying about keys - convenient. Neighbors were quiet and polite. Fun for all.

Beautiful place, no beach steps, not much beach

The place is absolutely beautiful, recently remodeled. The steps to the beach had been washed away from hurricane Sally, they had been out for a week and the only way to get down to the water was a very high sand hill about 8-10', my husband wasn't able to go down the entire time. It was hard getting up and down that hill with chairs and things and just ourselves. I called Pristine about it and was told the HOA takes care of that, they had no contact number to give me. Also if it's rained alot you don't have much beach, it wasn't a problem at the time because many of these units are still under construction, but when they all get rented it will be a problem having a spot of beach , there was never beach to sit on directly in front of this building. There is a lot of stair climbing inside, when you go in it's a very tall staircase up to the kitchen- living rooms, then another tall staircase up to the bedrooms, it was hard for my disabled husband.

The p[roperty was right on the beach as advertised; very clean and had any type of houseware needed.

We loved this place for the following: Park right at your; steps to the beach; beautiful view; one bedroom with private balcony and great beach view; everything you needed was available; the rented beach items were at our door when we arrived; shopping and restaurants were all nearby. We will definitely go back. I honestly can't think of anything to be negative about!
