The host was very gracious and excellent at communicating every part of the way. The house is lovely in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to downtown and lots of trails. I really enjoyed spending time out on the back deck looking at the birds and squirrels and trees. In addition, the house is well stocked and clean. Finally, the beds are so comfortable that I slept very well. I’d love to come back.

Very well taken care of home :)

My family and I, which included 4 adults and 3 children, had a wonderful stay in Joe's home. We had a little trouble understanding the AC & thermostat situation (my 5-year-old likes to touch things and that included the Nest and vents on the window units), but a little googling helped me fix that. Somebody also touched the red switch going down to the basement and we couldn't figure out whether it was supposed to be on or off! Again, google to the rescue. Aside from that, everything was perfect. I appreciated the cleanliness and small details. We played a lot of UNO so I was grateful to find those cards in the dining room! The neighborhood was very quiet which was a plus. I would also like to add that a certain political party showed up asking for Joe, so I appreciate him being affiliated with them ;). Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and absolutely recommend this home!

Guys trip away

House was fantastic! Great space within the house and outdoor seating. We were all able to sit comfortably in each room together and not feel crammed. The house was very clean and put together. Would 1000% recommend. Great location to get to downtown, golf, and breweries.
