The rooms were filthy. The bathroom floor caved in causing my son's leg to go through and injuries. The young slender guy at the desk is the rudest person I've ever met. They also raised the price to almost double because they said they could. They also did they don't partner with gotten. Com and canceled our reservation partner with

Room had obvious large rodent droppings throughout. Tub was not clean. Beds less than comfortable. Main issue as we were in emergency situation due to power loss and sub freezing temps during an ice storm was the hotel charged my debit card multiple days before we wven arrived. When we told them we were leaving due to the rat feces and having small children, they said they would refund one night of what they charged. Been 3 days and still not a dime back. Being a debit card, they wiped us out of all available cash and are stating a minimum of 7-10 business days to return. Never been to a hotel where they charge up front, before even signing in. We had used to pay at the hotel option vs charging it to a credit card. Unsatisfactory and unhealthy accommodation aside, the taking and holding of funds topped the list of why we would never recommend this property. Potential guests be ware

I was on the road driving from Orlando to Chicago I got a room here I was extremely tired did a 10 houre drive… I got to the hotel it was nice in the lobby thought it would be ok .. got in the room and omg 4 big spiders on the ceiling in the bathroom 7 red spiders omg I was so tired I went on the bed constantly jumping up and watching these bigggg spiders on the wall to see if thay moved around im so exhausted from this If anyone stays here be prepared to sleep with spiders the bedding is disgustingly dirty and stinks comon guys redo your hotel I get there’s bugs but not like this and in back of my bed a bunch of junk cups dirt etc disgusting pour maintenance to cleaning I want my money backkk I’m not happy got up at 6 am ran out

Worst experience in a hotel I have ever had

Bed room smelled like smoke, random bugs kept showing up in the room killed at least 15. Stained on walls, couch, curtains, bathroom tubs, sink and bathtub dripping water. Restaurant next door kept me up all night with the loud music, and people outside.
