Really nice hotel, very good pizza and sangria! Comfortable bed and nice shower. There location is decent, walkable from the main sites but not a lot in the immediate area. There were a couple of surprises. I was surprised to see that they charge guests for coffee pods (€2 per pod- cheaper to go out and get an espresso!) and bottles of water. I would have expected a 4 star hotel to replace those daily. Make sure also that you check your bill- I was charged an extra €5 at checkout; when I queried it, they couldn't explain the charge and took it off the bill. I also just realised that I was meant to get a €10 food credit with my room rate but didn't receive this.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok, hot and cold choices. This hotel is dark. Lighting is awful, in the rooms, in the hallways. Difficult to read, get dressed in the rooms with dingy light. Hallway lights only on when it detects movement. You walk into the hallway in the dark and get off the elevator in the dark. Our room had bad a/c and the hotel worked very hard to provide a better room. Location is in a low end neighborhood that felt risky. Up Hill walk from center of town, we used Uber to alud walking that area and the low grade long uphill. The staff makes up for shortcomings and they work very hard to respond to guests.

Great hotel with a highly rated pizza restaurant located inside. The property was clean and had a great shower and a comfortable mattress. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only criticism would have to be the location. Although it was walkable it was located farther from the points of interest we wanted to see. Other than location it was a wonderful choice.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is superb. The bed was great. The shower was great. The room was quiet. The breakfast was great and well worth the price. The hotel is a bit removed from "everything", but close enough.

Best experience!

PLEASEEE believe me when I say this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! This hotel was super clean and loved their design. The staff was amazing and the restaurant downstairs was soo good! I felt very comfortable staying here as the location was great for tourist activities. My birthday fell on one of the days I was at the hotel, they went above and beyond to send me cake and champagne for my birthday! No hotel has ever done that so wow to them for remembering my birthday and help me celebrate it! I'm just in awe of the hotel and staff!
