It is designed with open and modern living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. Right behind the couch, the open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising, and it includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated, and it includes a queen bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Rua Formosa, located in the heart of Porto, is a historic street known for its traditional charm and local commerce. One of its main attractions is the iconic Bolhão Market, where visitors can experience the lively atmosphere of a classic Portuguese market filled with fresh produce and regional goods. The street also features architectural gems like the Art Nouveau-style Pérola do Bolhão grocery store, decorated with beautiful tile panels.

The street is home to the 19th-century Palácio do Conde do Bolhão, once a venue for aristocratic gatherings and royal visits. While Rua Formosa was once a hub for music shops, it has evolved into a diverse shopping and cultural area. Today, it remains a popular stop for tourists seeking an authentic taste of Porto’s history and everyday life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, 24 de Agosto, is just a 7-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
