• Tourist tax is 2.5 Euros per day per person. Children under 10 years do not pay. Tax requested from April 1st to October 31.
• A damage deposit of €10,000 is required prior to arrival and must be paid by credit card. This amount will be refunded on the day of departure, subject to no damage being found at the property.
• A cash deposit of €2,000 is required upon arrival to cover any additional services requested during the stay. At the end of the stay, a final balance will be calculated: any unused amount will be refunded, while any extra expenses exceeding €2,000 will be payable locally.
