Casa Giardino with garden and sea view
The villa is conveniently located by Positanoâs main road (Viale Pasitea) separating it by a mere few steps. It comfortably hosts 6 people. It features a spacious terrace overlooking the majestic sea of the Campania region known as the Tyrrhenian Sea giving way to a large living room, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, 3 bathrooms and an eat in kitchen.
===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== The house is elegantly furnished and features a lovely garden offering a beautiful view of the legendary isola dei Galli, where the mythological Sirens, a group of sea nymphs, were said to have lived and tried to seduce Ulysses (the famous hero from Homerâs literary work âThe Odysseyâ) with their chanting. It overlooks Fornillo beach and the famous Saracen Tower of Clavel which only add to its charm and natural beauty.
The main beach (La spiaggia grande) is easily reachable through the main road or the few famous steps also known as âla scalinatellaâ, the old steps of Positano. From the main harbor you can board ferries directed to Naples, Sorrento and Amalfi and also the island of Ischia and Capri. From the pier you can also hop on the little local boat (gozzo) that will take you to the local beaches such as Il Fornillo and the Laurito beach, most famous Positano beaches. Here one can find all the possible amenities for a comfortable stay: shops, restaurants, bar, hairdresser, newsstand, mini market and delicatessen all nearby.
The local shuttle stop is only a few meters away and it circumnavigates Positano in a loop. There are also bus routes to Praiano (nearest village along the coast) and Monte Pertuso, the highest peak of Positano where one can dine at one of the few restaurants in the vicinity, or go for a most peaceful and beautiful stroll along what is known as âThe Godsâ Path (Il Sentiero degli Dei) and it lives right up to its name, the view is certainly a sight to behold, simply breathtaking!
Positano can be reached from Naples by hydrofoil, ferry, bus or taxi. It also offers a perfect spot to visit other world renowned locations such as Sorrento , Pompei and Herculaneum, Amalfi, Capri, Naples and Ravello. The house is not only tastefully decorated but also features all the possible comforts one could ever long for.
The terrace offers a perfect area whether itâs simply to enjoy a special dinner or for a romantic sunset rendezvous, sipping cocktails and embraced by the beautiful flowers and inebriating scent.

A beautiful place to stay! Great views, great rooms, great location. Maria and Marco were lovely checking us in, getting us settled and helping us figure out what to do in Positano! Iâve cold AC in rooms, plenty of cookware, fresh linens and towels. Hoping to make it back!
Two friends and I booked this property for 5 nights,Sept 1-Sept 6th. 2018. Started off badly as the owners tried to charge an extra 20 euros per day for air conditioning. Not on my original contract and until I produced the email showing this, Nunzio, the travel manager for the property did not want to void the charge. After settling that there would be no charge, at departure the owners went back and said we still had to pay it. We then had to fight to have the charge once more voided.
This property says it can accommodate 6 people, but doesnât have enough seating in dining table or patio table for 6. There are four chairs at each table.
In the dining area, there are two additional chairs but were told they were for decoration. Do not use.
2 of 3 bedrooms have twin beds which are really singles ..smaller than twins. And a sign in each bedroom says do not put the beds together.
Each of the 3 bathrooms are small with small showers. Any non average weight sized person would have a problem.
No shower soap, shampoo or conditioner were available.
The rental rate includes a cleaning fee, but at checkout you are charged an additional 180 euros cleaning fee.
So for each rental, they are collecting two cleaning fees.
The owner is trying to add as many extra charges as possible
in hopes the clients will not challenge them.
Positano is so beautiful and hundreds of property choices that are hassle free.
I suggest you stay away from this rental property.
We enjoyed staying at your home! Our family of 5 would definitely stay there again! Only, recommendation would be having some toiletries available and better pillows. The communication with the staff was top notch!
Checking in and out was a breeze. The villa was not too far down the stairs in itâs neighborhood. If you know Positano, you know about the stairs. The villa is gorgeous. The WiFi went down the day before we left, however. There are good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our experience immensely. Would definitely stay there again.
This villa was in a very central location and was very pleasant to stay in. Maria Dolores was very helpful in getting you settled in and Marco was available to help you with any excursions that you want to do. The only issue we had was with hot water running out when our party of five were all trying to shower at the same time. Other than that I would highly recommend this space
