Clean spacious rooms

Very clean room with a lot of space. Good check in and friendly staff. Well sound insulated to noise from the street but very noisy with noise from neighbouring rooms, corridor etc.

Charmig inredning, okej säng, bra wi-fi, tjocka väggar men tunna dörrar, vårt rum hade privat badrum men det låg utanför själva rummet vilket inte framgick på bokningssidan. Detta kändes mycket jobbigt då man var tvungen att skramla med lås och nycklar och att man inte kunde gå hur som helst mellan dusch och rum. Hade inte valt detta rum om detta hade framgått vid bokning.

Чисто, скромно, тихо, уютно. Находится в приспособленном старом жилом доме. В номере чисто и уютно. Полотенца меняли по требованию - бросил на пол, поменяли. В номере полный набор Фарфоровой посуды, ложки, вилки, ножи, чашки, стаканы. Чай, сахар пополняли ежедневно... В номере есть электрочайник, холодильник. Чайник очень маленький, на 3х человек не достаточный объём. В пешей доступности до основых достопримечательностей 15-20 мин пешком. Вход в отель неприметный, можно проскочить мимо, не заметив... Персонал общается на русском и украинском языках, только один дежурный администратор говорил на чешском и английском языках.

Quiet, simple room

While I have stayed at the Merlin previously and given better reviews, this visit was disappointing. The best I can say is the small room, tucked into a corner of the hallway, was quiet and there was a fan available for our use, as well as a mini refrigerator. The room was clean and the bed ok. The showerhead in the bathroom was in poor condition, drooling water out, and falling from the wall. One set of bath towels was quite tattered...the edges frayed and stringy. I would have to say some of the effort and care (working to renovate and improve the rooms an hotel with small touches) which I noticed in past visits has slipped.

Sfido qualunque persona che abbia un po’ di senso della decenza a considerarlo un hotel,è una struttura fatiscente trasandata,e non è che sono schizzinoso perché sono un ex militare è assicuro che in varie occasioni ho dormito in condizioni quasi apocalittiche ma quando si va in vacanza si dovrebbe stare bene.Il personale quasi assente non è maleducato ma freddo e per farsi fare la camera un minimo di pulizie bisognava andare a lamentarsi .E sinceramente mi meraviglio di Expedia che 2giorni prima mi ha fatto alloggiare in un hotel di Berlino a 5 stelle dove mi sono trovato splendidamente per poi rifilarmi questa stamberga,che se l’avessi cercata il giorno prima e vabbè è disponibile solo quello ma ho prenotato mesi prima e con me avevo prenotato anche per degli amici e immaginatevi la figura nei loro confronti.Praga è magnifica ma veramente ho cercato di passare in questa struttura indefinibile il minor tempo possibile.una vera delusione.Con questa recensione non cerco rimborsi non mi interessa ma voglio attenzione da chi propone tali posti.

Husk at booke parkering via hotellet.

Perfekt placering. Karlsbroen 5 min væk. Hotel enkelt og godt (sov der kun) Parkering er en stor udfordring og skal bookes hjemmefra, hvilket vi ikke vidste, fordi det ikke fremgik på hotels.com. Alle p-huse var fyldte og ingen lovlige p-pladser. Hotellet fandt til sidst en løsning, men jeg troede vi måtte opgive. Der står parkering til rådighed og ikke noget med “begrænset”, men det er det bestemt!

Okej hotel för priset. Läget var bra. Ca 10-15 minuter promenad till Karlsbron. Receptionisterna kunde inte svara på frågor om närområdet och där krånglade lite i början då de påstod att inte det var betalt, vilket vi hade gjort. Frukosten var dock urusel så vi gick ut och åt istället de andra dagarna. Wifi funkade bra och rummen var rena.

Do not stay here!! Location is the only benefit to this hotel. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Our fridge and hot plate did not work during our entire 4 day stay. We were told that this would be fixed and that was a complete lie, no one ever came to look at our room to fix anything. We woke up to construction every morning and one day we did not have water. When questioned about this, the concierge told us it was because “the sheets were being washed.” We brought up all of these issues while checking out and were offered no compensation. This hotel is not worth the trouble of staying and I cannot stress how unprofessional the staff is.

Tæt på centrum og stille om natten. Flot og rent hotel. Komfortabel seng og fint badeværelse. Morgenmaden er tilfredsstillende men ikke overdådig. Jeg kan klart anbefale hotellet, og jeg ville gerne på her igen.
