Lovely breakfast, helpful staff but very uncomfortable bed, only one very flat pillow too. Very hot rooms, couldn’t find the heating adjustment. Stale smell of smoke despite being non smoking room. Very noisy, loud voices, can hear the people above.

Parking is a huge benefit in Prague and this place delivered. The staff were very friendly. The location was perfect for dining, shopping, and visiting all of the historic sites. The breakfast was pretty good but considering it was free with the room, it was great. Overall, I was very impressed!

Great location. The beds are very hard but we asked for another comforter for padding and it was readily supplied. Good breakfast. Hotel is quiet.

I had a wonderful stay! Close to everything. Breakfast was very good. The absolute best part for me was tge receptionists, so helpful. Even helping me to find where i could enjoy fried cheese on ny last day, can't visit Prague and not have fried cheese😊. If I have pleasure of visiting Prague again. I would stay at Residence Bene!
