The indoor pool was closed and we weren’t notified until check-in time. Had we know the pool was not open we would have booked at another Marriot close by. Better communications with customers at booking time would have been helpful.

The lack of hooks for towels in the sink and bathroom (only one on the door there) was problematic, especially with two people there. Also, on check-in, I was not asked if we wanted the room to be serviced, which we did. I had to find a cart and get the supplies we needed. Staff, however, was very nice.
