Air Conditioned, upstairs studio unit sleeps 2 people and is furnished with a king bed, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig® coffee machine, flat screen TV with Roku, WiFi, dishes, beach towels and beach chairs and misc beach items. Sandpiper Village is located in the heart of Princeville just steps away from the scenic walking path that runs through Princeville from the entrance to the world class One Hotel. Perfect for a morning walk to the park or shopping center or an afternoon surf session, or evening stroll to watch the sunset.

Came into town a few days earlier then friends we were staying with over the course of our trip. Decided to stay on the north shore so we could experience a few hikes & surfing as the others we are traveling with didn’t want to join in on that fun! Found the place to be perfectly priced for what we needed! Little mini fridge for the few food items we had & drink stuff, bed was super comfy & the updated & very spacious shower was a perfect touch to this cute studio apartment!! Loved that there were snorkel, surfing and/or boogie boarding gear to use. Not having to buy or rant that stuff was a plus as those things can add up to buy when you don’t plan on being it all back home with you!! We highly recommend this place for a single traveler or couple 100%!!

We were looking for basic, cost effective lodging that was convenient for exploring Kauai. We found exactly what we wanted in this studio. The host was responsive, the unit was comfortable, and the pool area was an added bonus after our long days adventuring on the island.
The poolside grill was perfect for preparing our own fresh fish dinner.

The condo was very comfortable. I slept well. I didn’t rent a car. On the day I arrived I took uber from LIH to Hanalei Bay. After enjoying the mountains and ocean, I took Bus 400 from Hanalei Bay to Princeville center and walked about 1 mile to the condo. Uber is not reliable around Princeville but Bus is. On the departing day, I walked to Princeville center and took Bus to Lihue. Got off at The Fish Express, had poke, then took uber, for a short distance, to get to LIH. I am a senior and am still going through the aftermath of losing my home to the Lahaina fire. This Hanalei trip was quite refreshing as well as affordable. Mahalos to Jack and Braxi! I will visit again!

The bed was very comfortable. Nice to have small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and ice chests. Definitely needs some maintenance such as the screen door to the patio which was not functioning well. There was only one (rusted) beach chair and we needed two, no beach towels, however we were able to get ahold of the housekeeper and she brought us another chair and towels. Overall it was ok for what we paid for.We did get a hold of the House Cleaner who ended up bringing us another chair and some beach towels.

Small space, but a very nice bed and lots of thoughtful touches — coffee, dishes, beach supplies, and more. The AC worked great both cooling the room and drowning out the sound of roosters. Access to a shared hot tub and pool was a nice bonus as well. Good location with easy access to Princeville and a short drive to beaches (Anini was our favorite). Some other places had additional features like laundry, living room space, kitchen/dishwasher, but this served our needs just fine. We’d stay again!
