Come Enjoy the Beauty of the North Shore of Kauai from this amazing, centrally located Condo that sits in the heart of the Immaculate Resort Community of Princeville.

Beaches, Hikes, Waterfalls, Golf Courses and the historic towns of Kilauea and Hanalei with shops and restaurants are all located within 15minutes of the condo. Many of the beaches and shops are located right within the bounds of Princeville itself and accessible by walking paths and/or short hikes.

The Condo itself offers an extremely Comfortable Cal-King bed for recuperating after your busy days on Kauai. The living area comes ready with a comfortable couch that can be turned into a queen size sleeper sofa and a large flat screen Smart TV. The Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and utensils from making wonderful homecooked meals after a day at the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the Lanai overlooking the Princeville Golf Course and the nature trail to Anini Beach.

There are plenty of things to do around the Resort Community of Princeville. Beaches Within walking distance of the Condo are Anini Beach, Hide Aways Beach, Turtle Cove, Queens Bath, Hanalei Bay. Many of the beaches offer small hikes down to them keeping them off the beaten path. Shopping and restaurants can be found in Princeville Shopping Center, as well as, the hotels (Hanalei Bay Resort, Westin, Princeville 1) located within the boundaries of Princeville.
Hanalei Town and Bay are located less than 10minutes North of the condominium and the Historic town of Kilauea and the Kilauea Lighthouse are located less than 10minutes South of the condominium.

I stayed for 2 days and was happy with the room. Although I didn't use most of the amenities it was available. There was a full kitchen, washer and dryer, full size refrigerator and many other conveniences. The whole neighborhood was beautiful including this property.

Condo is clean, well equipped, with nice back deck and in a pleasant and walkable location. Easy walk to beautiful sunset overlook and to grocery store, local shopping strip. Check-in had two issues, which will probably be resolved for next guests. 1. Advertised w/sofa bed, needs to be updated to air mattress bed, with setup instructions provided. 2. Check in code arrived 1 hr late (at 5, not 4), likely due to recent spring time change which Hawaii doesn’t do. We arrived at 5, so other than concern, didn’t affect our plans. Hosts were very responsive and resolved bedding issue immediately, with housekeeping staff setting it up.

Great location. Easy walk to the Princeville shopping center and Saturday outdoor market. Nice space, clean and comfortable. There were problems with the automated communication system but the host was always available to get us what we needed.

Good, not great

It’s an okay condo, but could use better communication from the owner. I had “housekeeping” walk in on me significantly after check in time, which doesn’t make it feel very safe. They were still finishing the chores and doing laundry but there was no communication about this and it really freaked me out to have someone just walk in. The AC is loud and chairs are uncomfortable to the point that you cannot sit on the porch or at the kitchen table. Otherwise, it was an okay condo.

Home away from Home

Great location to explore the beautiful north shore of Kauai. The condo has everything you need to rest and recuperate from your explorations. We especially enjoyed the large refrigerator and ice maker, the washer/dryer, AC, beach chairs and towels, and the ceiling fans. The Host also included a great summary of things to do, places to eat, and things to see. So appreciate their advice and attention to details. Mahalo!
