Elegant Ocean View Condo at HBR, A/C Included

This 1 bedroom, 1 bath luxury Kauai condo in beautiful HBR sits in a unique private location with breathtaking views of Hanalei Bay, mountains, waterfalls and Bali Hai. It is one of the ONLY units with NO stairs, yet offers views equivalent to upper floor. The unit has 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 bathroom, a living room with queen size sofa bed, a full size kitchen, washer/dryer, and a dining and study area. A/C in living room and bedroom.

Hanalei Bay Resort offers the North Shores finest amenities including an onsite restaurant and bar, multiple pools with waterfalls, Jacuzzi, and tennis courts. This Resort also offers guests a paved path to the beach and door to door shuttle service! Utilities included are electric, cable, phone and internet.

There is a Check-in fee $50, plus $25 Resort Fee Per Day and $20 Parking Fee Per Day (Note: these fees will be charged at check-in or check-out time at HBR Resort).

Nice resort with two pools. Unit has some more outdated furniture. Fan in the bathroom is not currently working.No bars or handles to step in or out of the shower. The property in general is on sloped land. They do have bellman in golf carts to help you move around the property if needed. Very pretty views of Hanalei Bay from this unit.

Paradise

The pictures and descriptions do not give this place justice, if you can believe it it’s even more stunning in person!! What a view!! The condo had everything you need, they thought of everything. There is food shopping nearby so we could make a few breakfasts. We did eat at hanalei bread company which was delicious. Dinners at the resort restaurant could not be beat for the view and food, great staff as well. The pizza at the resort was delicious also. We also ate at the Dolphin which was great food!! We did the blue ocean adventure Nāpali coast tour which was amazing but not for the light hearted, be prepared for a long bumpy boat ride but worth every second. We also did the smith family luau which was fun with great food and entertainment, a perfect evening trip. We loved all the beaches, Hanalei, Anini and Tunnels. This was an amazing vacation with Hanalei Beach Resort being the best place we could’ve asked for. At the end of the perfect days to sit in the hot tub or swim in the pool was perfect but the icing on the cake was sitting by the fire watching the sunset!!

Amazingly Gorgeous Views

The view from the condo cannot be beat! We loved having breakfast outside at the table and chairs on the lanai every morning. The lanai spans the entire length of the condo and in addition to the table and chairs outside the family room, there are 2 chairs outside the bedroom. The bedroom and family room/dining area are generous in size and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and heat up leftovers. Chao was very responsive and the additional charges from the resort were as stated in the listing. Chao's place was a wonderful spot to call home during our stay and while we did not get a chance to use the resort much, it was nice to sit by the pool and use the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The resort is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful.
