Great experience being the first time in Turks & Caicos. Communication with owner exceeded expectations from booking to checking in. Information shared made our stay that much more pleasant. Very close to beaches, along with restaurants and excursions. Condo was very comfortable, and clean. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies if you want to cook really appreciated the coffee, along with supplies (kitchen, washer and dryer). Area is quiet and very pleasant. Owner shared great tips from grocery shopping to excursions and restaurant's. Had a great time didn’t want to leave.

The Leeward area is very nice with lower traffic than the resort areas. The beach is a two minute drive away and amazing!! The villa is immaculate with a really comfortable bed and gorgeous interior. The garden areas throughout the property are very nicely done. Communication from the host was very quick leading up to our stay and at our arrival for all the details for our stay. Amazing place to stay!!! It was a truly peaceful and relaxing escape while exploring the beauty of Turks for the first time.

Excellent Property!!

Adam was a fantastic host! Property was exactly as described. It was exceptionally clean and very spacious, with a very nice modern renovation
.it’s still like new inside. Quality appliances, and a great kitchen if you intend to cook your own meals. There’s a new Keurig coffee maker as well. The fridge also has a filter which takes the sulphur taste out of the water, and works for the ice maker as well
so no need to buy water while on the island! The pool area is quiet and clean and has sunny and shady areas. The bbq’s on site do the job if you want to grill. The Leeward location felt very safe, and was close to the beautiful and quiet sunset beach. The beach wagon has nice fat wheels, and the umbrella is very sturdy and has a special base that will work on top of coral like on Taylor Bay. There was snorkel gear as well, although we preferred to use our own. Everything was as described, and the communication with the host Adam was excellent. Would go back again for sure!!

Adam was a great host communication was great the condo was just like it was in the pictures and everything was close to the condo. The location was great. Nicely renovated condo. Beautiful tile flooring and lovely countertops. Very comfortable king size bed. New washer and dryer was great. Owner/manager promptly got us a replacement water filter on the fridge. Lush garden view and also partial pool view. Able to use BBQ grills near pool, as well, which was wonderful. Quiet area. Unit has a lush tropical garden view, as well as a partial pool view from other side of condo. Rental car is highly suggested. Can walk to beach or drive. Beach is called Sunset Beach and it is part of the big Grace Bay beach area. And the sunsets there at the beach were fabulous!

Cozy, modern and clean

The location is perfect. The condo itself has a private corner entry. The complex is very serene and quiet with gorgeous beaches in walking distance. It was equipped with nice Cressi snorkeling gear, chairs, umbrellas and a wagon. Also has quality appliances and a nice blow dryer. If you are planning on cooking it’s not a bad idea to bring your own condiments and spices. We will definitely be back.

Highly recommend!

This was an amazing place to stay. The check-in was super easy and the host was very responsive. The apartment itself is very well decorated and really is exactly as advertised. The reliable wi-fi and having a washer dryer in the unit were a big plus for me. Everything that you need for a beach excursion is available, from umbrella and chairs to snorkeling equipment for two. The location very close to the beach and a very short drive to shopping and entertainment. I would definitely recommend for a hassle free, comfortable, convenient stay.

A+ Condo

The condo is located in a nice complex close to the beach. The unit was sparkling clean and very comfortable. I think it has been recently remodeled. Both the bath and kitchen are very nice. Everything provided is top-notch.
