As seen on HGTV House Hunters International, (2019 season 129, episode 13)! This spectacular condo is located on the 8th floor of the Sonoran Sea with breathtaking views of colorful sunsets on the Sea of Cortez. Wake up listening to the waves on the beach and enjoy your coffee or meals on the 300 square foot patio/terrace. This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo can sleep 6 people comfortably.

Please note that we give 10% of the nightly rental amount to local charities that we support!

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. You can enjoy the 32 inch TV and smart DVD player. The second bedroom offers a new mattress as of 02/2023 for the king size bed! It also has a 32 inch TV and smart DVD player for those who want to relax away from the beach and the water. There is a queen size fold-out couch/bed in the living room. Here you can also enjoy the new 55 inch screen smart TV that includes Netflix, along with various DVDs. The condo has secured, high speed, dedicated, WiFi internet access including free Netflix in each bedroom.

The kitchen is up to date with all of the necessary appliances and kitchen wares needed to enjoy your home cooked meals. The 6 person dining room table extends to allow for extra seats. This allows you to continue to enjoy time with your family and friends while sharing meals together.

The condo is managed by the property management company on site. If there is ever a question, concern, or issue, you can go to the front desk and they will help you with whatever is needed.

Tired of cooking? There are 5 restaurants within walking distance. The swim-up bar also has food.

Relax and enjoy easy access to pristine pools or a clean and safe "Sandy Beach".

The condo has been recently updated and is ready for your family and friends to enjoy just as much as we do!

Perfect place in Rocky Point

We love staying at the Sonoran Sea in Rocky Point. This condo gave us everything we needed gorgeous views great location comfy space!It rained while we were there so my only complaint is the patio can get pretty slippery when wet. We laid some towels down so we didn’t slip.

A “True” Getaway!

We travel to Puerto Peñasco a couple of times a year and have stayed in numerous places, but this one is the best yet!We have found that Owners that use their properties are the best ones to rent from and Andrea’s place is a case in point.First the Condo has a wonderful beach/chill vibe as it is both beautifully furnished and comfortable!The beds were very comfortable (which is often not the case). Also the Management company is efficient and available if needed.The Condo is well appointed with a kitchen that is obvious someone actually uses to cook.Beach towels and chairs are provided. And the balcony is fantastic! It has both a table and chairs (for meals, games, etc.), but also 2 very comfortable lounge chairs. The view is amazing.We hope to be able to stay again on our next trip as well as future ones. Thank you for providing such a perfect beach getaway!

Convenient Location

We love visiting Rocky Point & really enjoy staying at Sonoran Sea. The resort itself is super clean and well maintained, multiple pool options, a delicious restaurant & convenient market/coffee shop. It’s also located within walking distance to other restaurants and bars, no need take a cab anywhere. The unit was just as pictured, very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly & accommodating, would absolutely stay here again.

Very comfortable and well stocked condo

The space was perfect for two couples. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well stocked if we'd wanted to. We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the view. Communication and information given from the host and property management company from the time we booked until check-in was great. The restaurants within walking distance as well as the well stocked convenience store at the resort made it so we did not have to leave the resort at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo!

This condo was perfect! Everything we needed was in the kitchen and there was a lot of attention to detail! My bed was right next to the ocean – very comfy, and I slept with the waves rolling in each night – pure bliss! I would recommend this unit to anybody and will probably stay here again, myself in the future

Relax Birthday Getaway

Great Condo.

This was our 1st time staying at a condo and we loved it. Andrea is such a great owner always checking up on us and making us feel welcome. Condo is more than i expected, pretty spacious beautiful decorated and has the most amazing views. We'll definitely be back again.

Wonderful Condo!

This condo was absolutely impressive. Very well loved and designed with happiness in mind for sure! Perfect location, view, and the owner was very responsive. We would stay here again and again! I only wish we could have taken our trash out, but didn't know where. We asked and they said to leave it. Other than that....5 stars for sure!

Birthday Get Away

We loved the Sonoran Sea property and were delighted that there are restaurants right outside the gate. The condo was clean and stocked well. We enjoyed some of the games that were provided. The kids watched a little youtube on the TV so that was nice to have to keep them occupied when we were getting ready. The views are amazing. The elevators were clean a reliable. We will be back!

Comfortable Condo with Gorgeous Views

We enjoyed the very large patio with plenty of comfortable furniture to relax and take in the gorgeous views. The condo is well stocked with loads of beach gear including towels and chairs. We found the owner and the on site management to be very communicative and responsive. The Sonoran Sea resort is located on a beautiful stretch of beach and is well maintained. We hope to return in the future.
