Enjoy your stay in this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in Tower B of Casa Blanca Condominiums at Sandy Beach Resorts. Just 300 meters from the ocean, this unit offers lovely views of the grounds and access to a fun 18-hole mini golf course for guests.

The resort features two pool areas: one conveniently located on-site and another beachfront pool with an open-air shower. Charcoal BBQ grills are also available near the pool areas for guest use.

lots of hot water, pool was warm. great furniture, all the appliances you need, all the tools u need to cook, and coffee filters too.only complaint i can think of was I had to ask twice to get a maint person to come to fix a toilet flapper that wouldn't seal, so after each flush the toilet kept flowing (and the contract said they charge people for utilities.) someone did come out and replaced one of the mechanisms that caused the flowing toilet, however i still had to manually reseal the toilet flapper a couple times even after the fix.

Very clean

I enjoyed my time. I appreciate allowing me to stay in your beautiful home. I do have a few recommendations: a TV in living room, a working TV in bedroom (or instructions), better mattresses and coffee. Thank you again for sharing your home. My husband & I travel to RP frequently and are always looking for a new home to visit.

Beautiful Getaway

This Condo is big and comfortable for a large Family. It had everything you need to cook in the kitchen, a big dining table and a beautiful Terrace with the Ocean view to enjoy our breakfast every morning. The Shower was great, very good water pressure. I was hesitant to book seeing the one review they had and I am very glad I booked because we had no issues at all. The AC worked perfectly and there was no condensation . I look forward to staying here again.

They have two severe problems with water...one: they lack of water pressure in the showers and the faucets. Two: they have an even bigger problem with their ventilation as the condensation from the AC simply remains inside and falls down on the floor. We got there Friday night (temp was 55°F) and didn't think anything of it...the floor looked so wet and slippery we thought it would get fixed the following day after turning down the AC or even after turningit off...but no...guess again. The following morning we spent most of the day out and about and when we came back in the evening it was very humid inside and the floor simply looked like they had just dump a lot of water on it. I called their office to let them know and they actually told me that they were aware of the problem (g...why hasn't it been fixed??) They told me that it happens when the AC is on and the doors are kept opened. Well, I told them that we never kept the doors open and that we just opened them to step out to but they were always closed. Anyways, it wasn't really a comfortable stay since we couldn't really walk without thinking "shoot, I hope we dont fall and break our back or head"! At check out, I showed them pics and they said they would look into it and offered us some sort of partial refund! Well, that didn't happen! We understand that it's very humid in Rocky Point, but this was simply unacceptable! I don't think we will book them again!
