Escape to paradise in this 2-bedroom unit, located on the 6th floor with stunning views from the patio. This family-oriented resort is perfect for getting away and relaxing. With the ability to comfortably sleep 8 people, this unit features a Queen Size bed and a day bed with trundle in the master bedroom, and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. The open living room boasts a large dining table, bar stools, and a small sofa sleeper. Take a short walk through the resort`s eighteen-hole putting course, and you`ll find yourself at the beautiful beach. Back at the unit, the kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, refrigerator, electric stove and oven, coffee maker, and more. The living room features a flat screen TV with local cable channels, private Wi-Fi, and air conditioning and heating. For added convenience, there is also a washer and dryer in the laundry room. Guests have access to the four pools on the resort, including one overlooking the beach, as well as the putting course, exercise trail, BBQ grills, and beach volleyball court.

Casa Blanca is a gated community with round-the-clock security, and is home to an eighteen-hole putting course surrounded by picturesque pathways, bridges, and ponds. With its multiple pools, picnic areas, and direct access to a quiet, uncrowded beach with palapas and palm trees, you may never want to leave. However, if you do decide to venture out, there are plenty of delicious seafood restaurants, bars, and shopping options just a short drive away in town. You can also enjoy a delicious snack at the swim up bar or at the on-site La Joya Restaurant.

The beds were not very comfortable, silverware was falling apart, coffee pot needed attention,, the elevator was out one day and we had two days with no water. The area is nice and the rental company was good about supplies. I would not stay in that building again.

We love the property, but would suggest updating the pictures posted. The furniture is much nicer than what is pictured so things must’ve been replaced and updated.

The elevator was broken, I was booked on the 6th floor for 3 days. It was never fixed during my stay. I traveled alone with my pet and it was difficult to just take my pet out to potty. It was a struggle hauling my things and pet by myself. The stairwell is extremely hot with no hand rails and the steps are slippery especially when wet. I am in my 50's with health issues and i thought i was going to have a stroke. This is a dangerous situation. At the very least I should have been offered other accommodations. I dread just leaving the room.On my exith day it took me 3 trips up and down just to load my things and pet. Im very disappointed. I wii never go there again and will surely spread the word around.

Great balcony views of the beach and the pool areas. Even the view from the front door had unique and unforgettable sunsets. The condo was super clean and everything as advertised on the web pages. The property and the parking felt very safe as no matter the time of the day or night, there was a security person on sight. We will definitely come back in the future!

Very Nice Room

The room was beautiful and very homie. Air conditioning was great and worked amazing. Would stay here again. The only thing is one of the guards felt like he was stocking us. We met him when we went down to get a cab from the front gate. He asked for our number so when we were done with dinner he could call us a cab. When we got to dinner he called us saying that he’s off work and he’s come pick us up since we didn’t know anyone. He kept insisting he’d come for us. He did in his car and changed out of his work clothes. I was very uncomfortable and very scared. He drove passed the hotel saying he was taking us to the clubs which we never said we want to go to. We told him to take us back and that we weren’t going that night. He told us that he gets off at 8 everyday and to let him know when we were going so he could come too. We just agreed because we were scared. Once he dropped us off, he called about 3 times and then texted us that he gets off at 8 but he can request an hour off so he could take us to the market. We never answered. The next day we decided to go to the pool and he was walking the grounds, which is fine I get that’s his job. We were at the pool bar in the pool. Came to where we were in the pool about 10 yards away from us and just stood there acting like nothing. And anytime I looked over in his direction he was staring at us. I was so uncomfortable I was sick to my stomach. We went to la joya for dinner, and he wouldn’t stop calling us, called about 10 times
