Sonoran Sky 1007 A Site For Shore Eyes Relaxing Oceanfront Condo

Set along popular Sandy Beach, the 'Sky' is a little more intimate. This single tower development manages to include all of the desired amenities of the more populated resorts nearby. This is a spacious 2-bedroom suite, which can easily accommodate 2 couples or a family of 4. This suite is on the 10th floor with an unbelievable view of Sandy Beach and the Sea of Cortez.

Great layout presents a lot of space for a two bedroom condominium. The main living groom combines a sectional sofa, TV, and entertainment center. Lots of light streams inform the floor to ceiling windows onto the balcony. The kitchen is enormous, with its own island, built in wine refrigerator, sink, and bar stools. Full appliances and cookware , along with high end finished in the cabinets, granite counters, and recessed ceiling lights make this kitchen a luxury experience. A dining table seats six.

On the balcony, a convenient bar with prep sink helps you entertain guests. There is a full dining table, and two chaise lounge chairs as well.

The master bedroom combines a king bed, chairs, dresser, TV, and closet. There is private balcony access as well. The master bathroom combines a shower, vanity, and a raised garden bathtub.

The guest bedroom has a king sized bed, closet, TV, and dresser. The get bathroom has a shower and vanity. There is a washer and dryer by the entrance. The entry hall is topped with a recessed dome, there is leaded glass and mosaic tiled floor making this design here a cut above the rest.

Property and restaurant were very good. Lower heated pool did not have nearly enough loungers for the people who used it, understand that it was late March and weather was cool but upper pool had no one swimming at it, would have been better if both were heated. The room was just as advertised, was clean and nicely decorated. The on site store left much to be desired, convenience store had no ground coffee/ filters for sale. Coffee that did have was in those containers with push tops to dispense, coffee never stays hot in those. Enjoyed the local food very much as well as the open market by the point, reminded of the markets I used to visit and barter at before. Had very good restaurants that were close by, however navigating to some of them was a challenge. Overall was a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful stay

From check in to check out, everything was great. The unit had a great view with plenty of seating. Parking was free and easy. Had lunch in resorts restaurant on beach and it was good. Bar of course was good too. Used the hot tub twice and it was also in perfect condition.

Paradise in Puerto Penasco

Just returned from Sonoran Sky 1007 where we spent a relaxing two weeks. The place has a great view of the water and both sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed. The condo was spotless and had every amenity needed. Kudos to all the employees who were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful.

Fun place for families

The condo we rented was very clean and very nice with great view. The property itself is right on the beach and very accessible. The staff at the front definitely don’t go out of their way to help you, and don’t seem to care much. The bartenders at the swim up bar are great, however, there are constantly flys swarming the place. It’s the second time we have been with family for a gathering and it seems to be a good place for the occasion

Beautiful yet comfortable

The place was absolutely stunning, views were amazing. Would stay here again. The only thing is the remote in theater bedroom did not work, and could not get the TV to turn on. Who really needs a TV while on vacation though. 10/10!!

Great amenities, beautiful condo! Unfortunately our air conditioning stopped working

Overall great property! However, our air conditioning stopped working and made it for a very uncomfortable night where temperatures inside the room reached 90 degrees. Issue was reported twice but no repairs were made. I was dissatisfied and frustrated with that and at check out I was informed that “a report was created” but no apologies

As advertised. Clean, comfortable place. Two odd, female mannequins, from the waist up we’re on display in the dining room, one bright red, both naked, on full display, one with shiny silver nipples. Made for quite a conversation with our 10 and 12 year old boys! Overall, nice place.
