I really wanted to love this place because it was very reasonably priced and in a very nice gated community. But after a few nights of staying I took off the sheets to dust off the sand and I discovered what looked like blood stains on the mattress cover as well as the second cone so underneath . I was so disgusted because we had already slept there 3 nights without knowing. I expressed my issue with Jorge through text and never received any type of communication back. He needs to hire better cleaners between guests because that was unacceptable and should have been noticed by the cleaners if they changed the sheets between guests. Very disappointing to say the least.

Its a great place house is nice and spacious only thing is please make sure not to forget anything because you will not get it back we forgot kids bathing suits in the dryer I messaged the host i offered to pay shipping unfortunately the cleaner stated there was nothing its my mistake for not checking before leaving other than that nice place

Property was beautiful, very spacious and well maintained. Pool and jacuzzi were also very beautiful and well maintained. Area was very safe with gated property and security guards. The only gripe I had with our stay was the room not being clean on arrival, our check in time was at 3 pm but ultimately didn't end up checking in until 5 and it wasn't cleaned. However, with quick contact with the property owner, people were sent immediately to clean the whole property. Besides this our whole stay was cozy and amazing! Unfortunately I can't put half stars so I'll leave it at 4 stars but in total I rate it 4.5 out of 5! Definitely recommend!

Terrible experience

At first glance the house was beautiful. The first night there was a rain storm. Droplets of water on our feet woke us up in the middle of the night as there was a leak in the master bedroom ceiling. We had to sleep on the terrible, old futon in the living room. We could feel every spring on our backs. I messaged the owner and all I got was a sorry, that maintenance was going to checkout the problem. The leak was getting worse and there was no way we were going to be able to sleep in that room during our stay. I was never offered a partial refund seeing as I didn’t pay that much money to sleep on a mattress on the living room floor. Not to mention, the master bathroom vanity also had a leak, the jacuzzi didn’t work and the pools were dirty. Will not be staying or recommending this place again!

House Rent

I really enjoy my stay the house was great will stay there again It is really spacious and has plenty of room, love the fact that it had dishes and things we can use making it feel like a home, We were able to go buy food and prepare some things we wanted without having to go buy food already made. Every room had a tv which we really didn't use, there was a lot of space, pretty clean, washer & dryer, shower was good only thing is we didn't know we had to turn heater each time we took a shower but that issue was easily fix, owner was really good to keep up with communication, Really loved staying there.

A great and convenient little Oasis

The place was like a little paradise, very clean, spacious, the place provided all that you need to make feel at home. The pools clean and warm water, unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working, but the pools were awesome! Close to the MalecĂłn and grocery stores. I would definitely would come back with my family.
