We ended up not staying there they tried a bait and switch on us we paid extra for VIP they gave us the same room on the third floor with children and a pregnant woman

You get what you pay for . Cheap resort . First one that I ve try it to see if it’s true . And yess it is . It’s not my standards .

Horrible checkout process! They accused us of lying and stealing 2 pool towels. As if anyone would dare take overused and unclean towels. The receptionist Maria stated that we were in the wrong. “The towel personnel has been there for years and therefore we need to be more cautious when visiting resorts”. EXCUSE ME, but I come from the culture of the customer is always right. We gave back their 6 old towels and were told we only needed 3 towels cards in return... leading us to believe that it was 2 towels per card. The only liar in this ridiculous story is the towel guy. Who was way too busy having lunch to bother counting the towels. Needless to say that the sour treatment in the end is the one that counts the most. I’ll be sure to never come back and never recommend this resort.

No good food, watered down wine and beer, lacking activities. "all inclusive" is misleading, We had to pay extra to get a decent alcoholic drink (basic wine and beer). This was advertised as 4+ star hotel, I rate it at max of 2, definitely not worth the money.

the resort is not 4.5 more like 3 star resort

We were getting harassed at the beach by locals all day in trying to sell us things even when we told them no like hundred times. Most of the staff members had attitudes all the time. The shows was all about them dancing nothing with the guest except for one time and we stayed there for 7 nights. I give this resort no more than three stars and we won't stay there ever again. The liquor felt like it was water down but the food was good and clean place.
