Beautiful Condo in Playas Gemelas, Puerto Vallarta

Beautiful apartment in Playas Gemelas, the best beach in Puerto Vallarta. Cozy and comfortable apartment with beautiful ocean view, with its own beach and two common pools. It has all the services for an exceptional holiday at the beach. Ideal for families and couples. The sunsets are spectacular and unmatched (see photos). The apartment has all the necessary services you will need for a pleasant stay. This condo is ideal for long stays, fully equipped.
If desired a cleaning lady , Bertha, will come every other day at no extra cost. She can also cook at an extra charge (personal arrangement with Bertha).
RULES AND REGS: CONDO PLAYAS GEMELAS, PUERTO VALLARTA
January-April 2019
1. The address is Condominiums “Playas Gemelas” @ Km 8.5 on the road from Vallarta to Barra de Navidad (heading South) towards Mismaloya.
2. The Condo is located in building Framboayan # 901 (there are four buildings, Framboyan is the second). The condo is on the ninth floor.
3. Parking is available for all guests.
4. When arriving you must register at the front desk. They will give you a set of keys.
5. Please ask for the code# to re-enter the premises from the beach.
6. The towels with colors are for the pool. The light color towels are for the bathrooms.
7. You can ask the front-desk for beach umbrellas, chairs and beds but for an extra cost
8. You can use the telephone but only for local calls. There are two lines; one within the condos and reception and the other for outside calls.
9. Wifi password is located on top of the modem.
10. Please no parties or loud music allowed.
11. The condo owners have very strict rules regarding noise and parties
12. There is a supermarket on the other side of the beach (right hand side) on the hotel “Condominio Girasol Sur”.
13. A restaurant is also available at hotel “Condominio Girasol Sur” which you are allowed to use.

This is the third time we have stayed in different condos in Condos Playas Gemelas. Julie and I agree that this was the best so far. It was very clean, the furniture and beds were comfortable and there was good lighting throughout. We were most impressed with how well-equipped the kitchen was. The only thing we would need to bring in the future is a knife sharpener. Great stay.

Wonderfu and beautiful.

PV beach stay

Beautiful ocean views from the 9th floor. Lovely balcony for relaxing and a table for outdoor dining. The bed in the master br was very comfortable and the unit nicely decorated. The beach was good for swimming and the pool had plenty of seating. The only drawback was the lack of a dishwasher. Nevertheless we would be happy to return for another stay in the property.

Very nice condo with a wounderful view.

We stay in condo in November and enjoyed our stay. The condo was a bit old but large and comfortable. The view from our balcony was amazing! Our housekeeper Bertha was wonderful! We used a taxi for all our grocery shopping and felt very safe. This is very nice part of Puerto Vallarta and away from busy life of the center of the city. We definitely will be back again.

Everything was as described. Very lovely, clean, efficient, and comfortable. One minor issue, a table lamp was damaged, broken, prior to our occupancy but was not an issue to our enjoyment. We advised the office of the lamp on checking in. Thank you.

South shore condo

The condo was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Great view of the bay from bedroom, Living room and balcony. Enjoyed watching the whales and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Very nice beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. The manager Juan, was alway available and helpful. We are definitely going to rent in the future.

Spectacular views

The condo was better than we hoped for but that’s not to say it was perfect. As mentioned in other reviews the air conditioner from the upper condo leaks water and it continues to make a loud noise hitting our unit making it hard to go and remain sleeping, even shutting the windows doesn’t help! The kitchen cabinets should really be replaced and the refrigerator door sounds like it is going to fall off it’s hinges each time you open it. No live television ,so I was not able to watch the NFL playoffs đŸ˜© Those are all minor things though. It was wonderful staying there and we will definitely try to book again. The staff was easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make you happy. Taxi stand right at the road as well as a bus stop so very easy to get into PV Thank you for a great relaxing vacation 😊

Nice relaxing vacation spot

Nice clean apartment with the most amazing views of the ocean from the balcony. January is mating season for the humpback whales and we could sit on the balcony and watch them jump out of the water. Nice little swim-able beach and it’s easy enough to get a taxi to and from downtown PV

Condo was clean, comfortable and cozy. The beach is very accessible, and I swam there twice every day. The pool is clean and warm. I was disappointed in the third bedroom as it was very small and cramped, with a tiny bathroom. The cleaning person was super sweet and helpful, and the host was very attentive.

Excellent condo and location. The guest bedroom had an old air conditioner that even when unplugged kept awake all night with a tapping sound. I then kept the window and door shut to the bedroom and it stopped. I would definitely return to rent again especially if this conditioner was replaced. The guest bedroom beds are quite hard The living room are and master bedroom were lovely. Overall an excellent time at the condo.

Relaxing stay...

Totally easy experience at the beach. Nearby Cafe Girasol and small bodega down the beach for our meals. Clean pool and towels with plenty of chairs. Front desk very helpful. Lovely rest. Gracias.

Wonderful location and view

This is a great place to listen to the ocean all night. The view is spectacular. I was out on the the lounge chair on the deck for many hours each night. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it was well stocked and the stove worked well. I stayed in the back bedroom with the two beds. The beds were comfortable. The room I stayed in is facing the road, so there was road noise, but it usually quieted down around 10. The master bedroom faces the ocean and had the fantastic view! There weren't a lot of food choices nearby, but we made it work and would definitely stay there again.

Great Location and View

Superb view of beach and ocean from the 9th floor. Very spacious condo but needs updating. Everything in condo is original 1980's, however the large condo and great deck/view overcome the dated look inside. Comfortable king bed with deck. Great sofa in LR for watching TV/, etc. Plenty of kitchen ware for cooking. Price could be lower to reflect the dated interior. Very nice private beach away from the bustle of PV.
