Shangrila is a beachfront gated development on the best piece of property in the Marina with 24 hour security. We are located in Tower 3 which provides you with the best panoramic view of the Banderas Bay. Upon entering the condo from the private elevator, you will be drawn to the spacious kitchen area and then dazzled by the view as you make your way through the dining and living room areas. Upon stepping out to the extra large balcony, guests are soothed by the lush vista before them: mountains, deep blue ocean, and downtown Puerto Vallarta. The large balcony provides a view from the principal bedroom, guest bedroom, and living room. Our sixth floor middle unit home is 2500 square feet of of luxurious living space. In the principal bedroom, a king size bed awaits; the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds (this room is a separate smaller room which is right across the hall). We are located 5 minutes from the airport.
The sleek kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Smooth marble floors run throughout the entire unit. A large infinity pool surrounded with Palapas and a swim up pool bar awaits you. We have 3 ceiling fans for your comfort as well as air conditioning. Normally, from December until March you will not need AC, however, if you would like AC you will receive 25khw per day at no charge . Anything above that you will be charged the current electrical rate. (this charge will only apply if AC is requested). For 28 day bookings and longer you will charged for electricity consumption. It is recommended to have Air Conditioning from May until mid November. We are hoping to conserve energy by keeping the doors closed when using Air Conditioning and turning off lights when not in the condominium.
Minimum age for rental when not accompanied by an adult is 24.
Shangrila has a fully equipped gym with weights, aerobic equipment, steam room, use of kayaks and massage services. We have a pool side restaurant and swim up bar as well as beach service under your palapa as well as room service from the Pool. There is 1 tennis court, 2 pickleball courts with lights on site. In our Lobby there is a mini library, computer center and concierge service. We have assigned private parking for your convenience. Across the street there is a Championship Golf Course.
Within walking distance there are grocery stores. Also with a short taxi ride or uber ride you can shop at Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco or La Comer. Also on the same property as Walmart there is a large shopping Mall.
Across the street from Shangrila, the Marina is located where you can enjoy many services as well as a variety of restaurants. Also there are jewelry stores, hair salons, bakeries and coffee shops. From October to May the Marina also offers a Market Night every Thursday night from 5 to 10pm displaying Art, Food, Music, Jewelry, Clothes, etc.
