The breakfast was not the greatest. Everyday same thing. The fruits are soggy and not very fresh and poor quality. The salads are not fresh. Everyday the lettuce leaves are wilted and soggy. I did advise the restaurant manager but it was still the same.

There was a lot of noise from hotel staff during the nighttime making it difficult to sleep. The ladies on the reception desk were not very courteous when I checked in. For these reasons I feel the hotel misses the mark of being a high end establishment. Despite being double occupancy my room was only set up for single occupancy, so that was also an area for improvement.

I don’t understand why they don’t give more than 1 bath towel or any hand towels. It’s a nice place to stay with a great breakfast spread. My safe didn’t work (probably needs new batteries?).

The wi-fi inside the rooms is a bit choppy and also, they have some restriction on the number of devices so for the three of us in our family, it became an issue on a few occassions. Otherwise, everything is just fine.

Good hotel, ideal location

The hotel was well maintained for a 13 year old property. Its location is ideal and the staff is generally good and courteous. Their Nusara restaurant was good for dinner and the service received was worth commending. It’s only during check out and waiting for my car, I was surprised that the reception staff decided to interrupt my business call for retrieving a cheap room key card.
