Overall ok, clean, food was good. Beach access perfect. But they couldn’t find our Travelocity payment. Charged me an extra $900 upon checkin, then 2 hours later got it figured out. They made a mistake !!! Wow surprise. Immediately spent 20-30 minutes trying to not take their unlimited attempts at a hard sell upgrade package with John.

Staff were kind, courteous, and willing to help with anything. Food was great, drinks were great. The beach, pools and landscape was all very clean and well kept. Our room and the housekeeping exceeded our expectations. We had a great stay.
