First of all, welcome to our home. We are so excited for you to come!
Whether you are looking for Sun-Drenched days on a beach, beautiful sunsets, world-class fishing, boating, or just relaxing. Our beautiful home offers a luxurious living space with 165 feet of waterfront, nestled along a preserve. This welcoming open concept offers 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a gourmet kitchen. A Beautiful pool area with a cabana style lanai and summer kitchen/grill. You're never going to want to leave! :)
The space
This home is very open, all on one level, carrying a relaxed elegance throughout, combining beautiful craftsmanship with luxury finishes. There is lots of room to gather in the kitchen with seating for 8 around the table. There are top of the line appliances and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could imagine. Granite Marble Countertops/5 burner gas stove and reverse Osmosis for kitchen tap and refrigerator. There is an expansive cabana-style lanai with summer kitchen, bar refrigerator sink and Cuisinart Twin Oaks Dual Function Pellet and Propane Gas Grill. Capturing the beauty of tropical with CLEAR VUE SCREENS and time-released citronella misters to keep the bugs away. If you are a boater this is your dream with two boat lifts available to accommodate just about any size boat you want to bring. This is your perfect launching point for leisurely exploring the Gulf Islands of Charlotte Harbor, World-Class Fishing and endless boating destinations with quick Harbor access which leads to the Gulf of Mexico.

You will have access to the entire house (except the garage)The lanai, swimming pool, backyard are all available, as well as kayaks for use with Life preservers.
Other things to note
If you are looking for that special place to create memories, this is it! We discovered Punta Gorda on one of our many trips to Marco Island. Punta Gorda is a vibrant Waterfront community with that hometown feel. It boasts wonderful Restaurants, Marina, Golf course, Shopping, Nearby Beaches, and a pace of life that people from around the world come to enjoy. There are more than 70 events featuring music, art, farmers market, car shows, crafts, fishing tournaments, and many holiday celebrations. About 10 minutes from the house, you can find great shopping and dining at Fishermen's Village. We are very centrally located to many things, interstate 75 is about 5 minutes away and once you are on that you can easily get to Orlando for Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World all in about 2 hours. It's about a 1 hour and 35-minute drive to Tampa/Bush Gardens. Within an hour you can easily take day trips to St. Armand Circle in Sarasota, Naples, Marco Island, Boca Grande, Estero, and many more places I can't even think of right now! LOL ...Oh there is also a ferry out of Fort Meyers that does day trips to Key West. Lastly, we can't forget about all the amazing Beaches that you can get to within 45 minutes, Siesta Key Beach. Lido Key Beach, Ponce De Leon Beach, Port Charlotte Beach Park, Englewood Beach, Stump Pass Beach State Park, Boca Grande Beach, Fort Meyers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. You will never run out of things to do and honestly the best thing to do sometimes is just Nothing! :)

We had an amazing vacation at Eight Palms! The house was beautiful and even better than the pictures show. Wonderful outdoor area with comfortable seating. The canal was so fun! We caught so many different types of fish and saw dolphins and manatee. The bedrooms were beautiful and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was excellent! Well stocked with everything we needed. Local shops and restaurants were wonderful. Cynthia was very easy to communicate with and always answered very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our group of 10. Everyone had enough space and seating was ample and comfortable. The house was one of the most stocked rentals I have ever stayed in. There were toys and games for the kids and all the "small things" that you tend to forget or not have on vacation could easily be found in the house. The location was awesome, the neighborhood was quiet, and there was a grocery store and Walgreens a few minutes away for anything we didn't have. Our group enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the canal and playing in the pool. We had a few issues figuring out the heating of the pool/spa, but the hosts replied immediately to help us out, and they were more than willing to do whatever was necessary to solve any of our issues. We would definitely stay here again.

They thought of everything

This has been one of my favorite VRBO rentals to date. The pictures don't do it justice...the house is stunning. But I think what takes this house over the top is the "feel" of it. There are friendly notes throughout the house which adds to the comfort. The owner truly cares about your stay. The furniture and beds were dreamy comfortable. We had the worst weather possible for southwest Florida, but the house saved the trip. The hot tub was amazing, the outdoor TV and fire pit were appreciated for our football playoff games. I would not hesitate to rent this beautiful space again when I come back to the area. The host was incredibly responsive and made you feel so at home.

Great home!

Our extended family of eight stayed at Eight Palms over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is beautiful and well appointed, The outdoor area is spacious, serene and private. As the weather was a bit cool and cloudy during our stay we spent a lot of our outdoor time in the fabulous hot tub. Inside, the house offered plenty of space for everyone and is great for entertaining with the open concept kitchen/living area, big screen TV was great for all the holiday weekend d football games. The master suite was so comfortable and spacious - loved the giant shower and relaxing tub. Every room is decorated beautifully! And the owners are just lovely. Cynthia was friendly and very responsive before, during and after our stay. We would definitely rent again if we head to Punta Gorda in the future.

Best Get Away!!

This property is BEAUTIFUL and so well kept up. The owners are extremely sweet and understanding. We had an amazing time with friends and it was a kid friendly house which can be hard to find! So much space for everyone and was so so clean! We will definitely be staying here again!! My husband and his friends also really enjoyed fishing the canal that butts up to the house. February Vacation

The online pictures don't do this property justice. The house is in a great location, close to RSW and a short drive from downtown Punta Gorda and the Fisherman's Village area. The house hows all the amenities that you could want and then some. The pool and spa were wonderful and the outdoor space is great. We kayaked with the onsite kayaks and rented a boat to take advantage of the nearby islands. Just under an hour to Cayo Costa on a pontoon boat. We had a great week. Cynthia was easy to communicate with and was willing to share her knowledge of the area. Thanks Cynthia and Mac for a great vacation.
