This condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a lovely screened-in balcony overlooking the canal. The community center includes multiple clubs and gatherings to enjoy with the other residents, along with a beautiful pool for relaxation!
There is a laundry room is across the hallway in the building for guest use.
The master suite has its own domain with a king-size bed, ensuite with a bathroom and a window overlooking the canal leading to the Peace River. Retreat to this oasis after a day on the boat and fall into pure Florida bliss. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and a full bathroom is across the hallway.

Dock your boat just steps from the house! The public boat ramp is less than 5 minutes away at Laishley Park with easy access to the community boat docks, first come first serve- registration with HOA after completing the background check to dock your boat. 25-foot maximum (Boat lift not available)

60-night minimum stay per HOA rules. Guests who stay here must complete a background check per the HOA requirements. This is an additional non-refundable $100 additional fee paid by the owner (not the guest) to the HOA once the reservation is made.
Service Animal/Emotional Support Pets are allowed Must have certification in order to stay- must provide Doctor note for approval of pet. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.
We will provide a welcome pack including the following: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom 1 roll of paper towels 2 packets of dishwasher detergent 2 packets of laundry soap "hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items. This is an industry-standard practice.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights) We will collect a $1,500 deposit. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded. If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit. No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
We had a few issues but Global was quick to respond and fix the issues right away. My only big negative was having no window treatments over the sliders in the living room.We loved Punta Gorda!
This condo community welcomes renters, the main pool was one of the highlights along with seeing sunsets next to the F bldg. Global rentals works very well with handling any issues in a timely manner. The unit has a beautiful view on the canal. The inside needs a lot of TLC. I cleaned more than I should had to. Floors, ceiling fans and trim were in need of deeper cleaning. The stools by the kitchen island were wobbly. I did not use. The pull out couch was in need of a good cleaning when I opened. I vacuumed the best I could. Global provided new pillows, sheets and blanket to use for the sleeper pull out. They replaced worn chairs on the outside lanai. Cushions on couches need cleaning too. This unit has so much potential if cleaned and updated. The master bath light above the mirror needs replacing. Owners closet was not locked and I opened thinking it was another closet. On a shelf was bed bug remover. I washed all blankets and sheets on bed. The bed needs vacuuming and cleaning around the headboard and where the mattress is laying. I did not remove mattress to clean. I did not complain about thes issues while I was there, I enjoyed the area, the view and the pleasant residents. Iâm not a complainer, but for the price of this unit, it shouldâve been in much better condition and cleaned. There is a new washer and dryer in an unfinished closet. That too needs to be finished and cleaned. A plus was having the gatehouse, it felt safe and secure.
