I was very pleased with my decision to stay here. The space is huge for the price you pay. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The rest of the loft included a kitchen, dining area, oversized bedroom and, up a few steps, an oversized living area with two sofas. I’d recommend the owners provide directions on how to operate the tv / cast to the TV. The area outside can be loud at night.

Our huge one-bedroom loft was very restful and spotlessly clean. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything we needed. The king size bed was super comfortable. From the loft, figure about 20 minutes walking often uphill to reach Old Quebec City's upper town. We suggest starting your visit with the lower part of the old city on the waterfront to avoid having to walk up and down a lot. In this part of town you will find the Musée de la civilisation, many art galleries, restaurants, bistros, antique shops and souvenir shops. When finished with the lower town, simply climb the staircase in the Petit Champlain district to reach the upper part of Old Quebec (Chateau Frontenac, Promenade Dufferin, Quebec Legislature, Plains of Abraham, Citadel, cathedral, etc.). Enjoy!

Good clean comfortable stay

The room was spotless and comfortable—lots of breakfast options on the street. It's quite a hike to the old city, though it's within walking distance from the train station.

Clean and spacious property. But there are no enough amenities such as coffee and rinse. Also the rooms have no windows and no sound proofing at all. Only window at the living room is too close to the street and pedestrians could see inside if there’s no curtains. I had to cover the window during the entire my stay at this property. In addition to this, on the way to the walk to the old Quebec City, even though it’s a day time there were many homeless people on the streets. One advice for those who bring their vehicles, there’s one huge parking lot 3 min away from this property. And it’s way reasonable rates than the parking fee that the property offered.

Great place to stay especially for families. A playpen was provided which was very appreciated! You do get a bit of noise between floors amd from the street. I reccommend bringing blackout curtains if your littles need a dark sleeping space. Otherwise plenty of space to lounge and the kitchen is well stocked except could use a bit more kitchen cloths! About a 20 mins walk to old Quebec.

Excellent choix dans St-Roch

TrÚs bel hÎtel/appartement dans St-Roch. Le loft est vraiment trÚs grand et trÚs confortable. Les codes pour entrer dans le building sont envoyés à l'avance alors c'est trÚs facile de rentrer dans l'appartement. Je reviendrais certainement à cet hÎtel pour mes prochains voyages à Québec, surtout pour rester dans le coin de St-Roch.

Loved the place. First floor was nice. Several dining options nearby as well as grocery and liquor store. A bit of a walk to Old Town but not unreasonable. Nicely stocked kitchen, Ikea like furnishings, clean and quiet. Some homeless around but not any more than other big cities and never felt unsafe. Definitely recommend.

Place à amélioration.

En face d’un bar bruyant, donc de la musique de Dj jusqu’à 3am (aurais aimĂ© ĂȘtre avisĂ© avec mon bĂ©bĂ© de 2 mois. Plein de mouches Ă  fruit morte dans le fond du congĂ©lateur. Gaufre prise dans le grille-pain (qui ne fonctionne pas d’ailleurs). Et pour finir, l’endroit est dans un quartier disons non recommandĂ© de QuĂ©bec.
