Coastal Cottage - Queenscliff
As you walk into the property you are greeted by a light and bright immaculately presented period home which has been lovingly restored for modern living. Offering 3 bedrooms, the master with ensuite. The bedding is set up with two king rooms and the third as twins with all linen provided.
As all beds are split kings the configuration can be altered at your request.

To the rear of the home, you will find a generous open plan living and dining area complete with adjoining alfresco deck creating the perfect indoor/outdoor living.
The stylish kitchen featuring high-quality appliances including double Westinghouse ovens, 900mm Electrolux cooktop and integrated Bosch dishwasher, as well as a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Enjoy mornings together around the central island breakfast bench while you plan your daily adventures around the Bellarine.
Outside offers a large alfresco area with multiple zones to spread out either at the large outdoor table to enjoy a summer BBQ or cosy up on the outdoor sofa around the wood fire during the cooler months. The outdoor shower offers the perfect end to a day at the beach for a quick rinse off before carrying on to your next activity. The yard is also secure, so you are welcome to bring your 4-legged family members as well.
With split system cooling and Hydronic heating throughout, a European laundry and Wi-Fi provided all you need to bring is your beach towel.

17 Stokes St Queenscliff
Beautiful property, well equipped kitchen for family stays, awesome outside decking with ample seating. Proximity to everything beautiful Queenscliff has to offer.
