Check-in went smooth. House had everything we needed. Had a few questions and owner responded in a timely fashion. The location itself isn’t reason to be a vacation destination (not scenic), but it was perfect for our needs: it put us close to events we needed to attend; was easily accessible; had very comfortable beds; was a fair value; etc.

Late Cancellation by Owner

We booked this home months ago for our family to stay in for my daughter’s college graduation. We were to get the checkin code on the day of our arrival at 3:30pm. At 4 pm, which was checkin time, we still had not received the code. I contacted the host. After several minutes, I received a message that the AC was not working and that the reservation would need to be cancelled. Keep in mind, this is after the scheduled checkin time and only after I had asked about the checkin code. Also keep in mind that this was for NC State graduation, a weekend in which the families of 6800 graduates are coming into town. I understand that things happen, but I do not understand why we were not contacted about the issue earlier. I have been told we’ll receive a full refund. Absolutely disappointed.

Well the property was very clean beautiful home ... left property early due to the tenant that was adjacent to the property complained about the festivies and i had informed the host that i was having before the date of the stay and advised every one was over 50yrs of age ... just was disappointed of the in the departure early

Raleigh Vrbo

First off this was my first experience with Vrbo or any other rental property for that matter. We were pleased with the home. While an older home it was obviously remodeled. The house was very clean. The furnishings and appliances were excellent. There were 5 adults in the group and everyone enjoyed the accommodations and our stay in Raleigh. The location was good as we could get to any of our activities in less than 30 minutes driving. If I had to offer any suggestions for improvement would be to stock the house a little better. We could have used a few more towels and we had just enough silverware. Once again, not trying to be critical because we did enjoy our stay. Thanks!

Girls Weekend, perfect place!!

Walked into the house and was immediately impressed by the high-scale feel. Light music was playing and it looked exceptionally clean. We struggled a bit to figure out light switches but couldn’t complain about a thing! After leaving the property, we realized that we left a few belongings behind. The owner and cleaning crew were SO quick and sweet enough to gather what we forgot and hold it until we could come get it. So thankful for the property and owners!!
