Very grateful that staff let us change rooms due to smoke detector chirping. We found the room very cold and although we put the thermostat as high as it would go we couldn't seem to heat the room. The bed was comfortable and clean.

Upon arrival our room had no wash clothes and we had to ask for them and only got one. Was going to bed and no top sheet on the bed, I asked for one and was told they don’t put top sheets on but they change the comforter every day, which never happened. Someone disconnected our cable from the television so we needed help getting the television to work. The hotel needs a major overhaul, everything old and worn out. Will not stay again until renovation. Ten o’clock pm, we were woken up by a barking dog in the room across the hall from us. Elle had dinner in the restaurant and it was not good at all.

Unique area to visit, beautiful waterfront location. Wished the pool was available. We were not informed that the pool was no longer working. Didn't find the sauna. Needs updating.
