the room was beautiful and there was ample parking. My only gripe would be that the TV or the remote weren't working and didn't find that out until way late in the night to have someone come up and fix it or move us to another room. after paying close to $500.00 dollars that really bummed us out.

Our stay at The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what you expect from a Westin. The grounds were beautifully maintained and peaceful, making it easy to relax and unwind. The amenities were top-notch and everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. We truly felt taken care of during our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Probably was a nice place once; 40 years ago. Low density and spread out which was nice. Small old fashioned pools. Little options for food and drinks. Overall the place seemed like something out of the Twilight Zone. Many of the rooms face the parking lots or other room buildings with no views or aesthetics. Room size was good but needed major updating. Super old decor and furnishings/fixtures. Service was very poor. Not professional. Phone in room did not work. No way to reach housekeeping, front desk, guest services from the room. Phone didn't work. No numbers provided to even call from our cell phones. 40-minute wait for breakfast on 10:00 on a Monday morning. No alternative restaurant choices. Resort fee was $40 for next to nothing and did not even include the parking, which was an additional $25. The resort is great it has everything you need. A restaurant swimming pools a golf course an arcade for the kids and is very family friendly. It's great that you can just walk to your room after around a golf and then change and walk to a restaurant and have a nice meal and wine and just relax without having to drive everywhere. You can stay at this Resort the entire time and not have to leave if you wish. And the best part is the casino is only a couple miles away.
