Just five minutes away, guests can enjoy shared water and dock access on Rangeley Lakeâperfect for swimming, paddling, or simply spending a quiet afternoon by the water. The home is also only minutes from downtown Rangeley's restaurants and shops, and about 15 minutes from Saddleback Mountain for skiing, hiking, and year-round outdoor recreation. In the winter months, snowmobile trail access directly from the property makes it easy to explore the region's extensive trail system.
Inside, Alpine Loon Lodge is thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable and fun stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and plenty of spices for home-cooked meals, while the cozy living area features a wood stove, Smart TV, and stunning lake views. Guests can enjoy high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs in all three sleeping areas, board games, yoga equipment, and outdoor amenities like a large deck with new furniture, a Weber gas grill, and a fire pit.
