Great location.

Sea Breeze is in a great location at the end of Ao Phai beach. We had a double room in the main building, which is very close to the beach, the bungalows are set much further back and a few minutes walk away. The room was ok for the money - but not very clean and the bathroom area needs some basic maintenance. The best thing about it is being next door to Silver Sand resort so you can take advantage of their great restaurant and beach access. Ao Phai is a lovely beach and also easily walkable to bothTubtim and Sai Kaew beaches.

Disappointed.

The hotels.com website had misleading photos than the actual room we got. We got stuck with an older bungalow, much further away from the beach than stated. But the thing that upset me was the lady at check inn was kind of rude and gave us one of the older bungalows when there was many of the newer ones available like from the photos on the website. This is always a big let down when you pay for a certain room and get something totally different and much worse.

Good location, basic small bungalow. close to Beach and restaurants, convenience store on grounds. suggest bring your own towels, did not change for 4 days. So we bought towels. Definitely would stay there again. My third trip to Koh samet. So I highly recommend it

ビーチに近い素敵なホテル。でも、町の行き来は大変。

ビーチが近くすぐに泳げる点は良いが、施設は古く、隙間から大きな蜘蛛や蚊が入ってくる。また、繁華街からも遠いため、何かと不便を感じる。町中の一本入ったホステルでも良かったかもしれない。

hôtel bien placé

l'emplacement était très bien à quelques mètres seulement de la mer. le confort était basique et il n'y avait pas de vue de la chambre, mais on ne peut pas tout demander à ce prix dans une zone très touristique. Le personnel parlait très peu d'anglais ce qui compliquait les choses à un certain point.

歩いてすぐがビーチでレストランやバーもあり、立地はよかったです。 清潔感に関して、やはり日本人にはちょっと耐えられない人もいるかもしれません。 私は場所が気に入ったので延泊しましたが、また泊まるかは分かりません。
