Great Place even if you don' golf
Given it is named "The Golf Club" the main purpose of the rooms are for golfers to overnight. Don't let that scare you away, the golfers are as scared of you as you are of them. Don't approach them in an aggressive manner and just observe at a safe distance. Seriously, we are not golfers, but frequent visitors to the RFL area who want our own place to sleep. We typically do a short term rental, but this trip was only two nights and the cleaning fee on most short terms is a deal breaker. The rooms and setup are terrific. We stayed in one of the six newer rooms (about 3 years old). Room was two queen beds and had plenty of space for our excessive bags. Bathroom is also very spacious for hotel room and shower the best I've ever seen in a hotel room. If you are visiting the RFL area and need a place for a short term stay I do not know of any place better.

We visited end of August. Very nice club room for grilling with a group. Nice rooms, ours had no air conditioner and no ceiling fan. Would be too hot in mid summer. Lots of mouse traps in the three rooms we all occupied, but overall nice rooms. Great golf.

This is a gorgeous golf course and a lovely room. Dinner in the lodge patio was excellent. Some suggestions, need a map and information, the body wash bottle was empty , no place to get ice, no creamer for coffee, and the shower was very hard to turn on, but once you did it was very nice. The room was large with a very comfortable bed. The view from the room and deck was beautiful. Would definitely come back but better prepared for the situation
