The hotel was incredibly nice! I felt the bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I have ever felt at a hotel before. We were here for our honeymoon, and the staff brought us some gorgeous flowers with a kind note! It was a gesture that stands out. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area!

Freundliches Personal. Sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer aber etwas veraltet Fensterrahmen waren z.B. abgeblättert. Badewanne zum Duschen unpraktisch für mich als ältere Person da kein Haltegriff vorhanden und sehr glatt Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Frühstück war mit 24 € sehr teuer (wir hatten es noch für 18€ bekommen)

Repos à Reichenau

Avec mon épouse, nous avons essayé de nous rappeler quelle était la combientième fois où nous venions à l’hôtel Ganter. Quoi qu’il en soit, c’est à chaque fois un plaisir de venir prendre quelques jours pour être au calme et s’y reposer. Nous profitons à chaque fois des installations du spa, et du très bon buffet de petit déjeuner. Le parking est facilement accessible. Constance n’est qu’à quelques minutes, avec de nombreuses occasions de shopping. Et l’île de Reichenau est propice pour des balades. Et en poussant un petit peu, direction la Suisse.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Im Badezimmer fehlten mir so Sachen wie Watterondellen, Wattestäbchen. Etwas Kleines zum Naschen im Zimmer würde die Zeit bis zum Abendessen überbrücken.

Bel hôtel au calme!! Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse. Bon petit déjeuner copieux, mais cher. Petit bémol, nous sommes venus avec un bébé, avons demandé un lit bébé. Il n’y en avait pas à notre arrivée. Nous avons du redemander pour qu’il soit installé. Et nous avions une chambre au 1er étage avec seulement des escaliers… pas top!

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, tolles, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, bequeme Betten und alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert. Ein kleiner Negativpunkt war das es sehr warm war im Zimmer, aber auf Nachfrage haben wir einen sehr guten Ventilator bekommen.

Betten waren viel zu eng für 2 Personen,es gab zwar ein Klimagerät in dem heißen Zimmer aber der Wärmeabgabeschlauch lag im Zimmer und wurde auf Reklamation notdürftig am Zimmer angebracht .In der Dusche wurde eine defekte Glastüre durch einen Plastikvorhang ersetzt.Beim Frühstück gab es keine Vollkornwecken trotz Reklamation ect.

Room was cosy, it was easy to schedule a massage (which was very relaxing), at dinner service was very friendly (server spoke English and explained the menu) and the food was very enjoyable. We went for one night to relax and left the next morning feeling more relaxed.

Bon choix détente dans une belle atmosphère

Séjour en amoureux. Chambre spacieuse et propre, sauna / hammam très agréables, avec de jolies pièces de repos (manque juste un peu de musique relaxante). Petit déjeuner très varié et de bonne qualité. Beau restaurant. Service efficace. Le parking en extérieur, facturé 2,50 €, me semble un peu mesquin car l’hôtel n’est pas en pleine ville, au contraire car l’île n’est pas surpeuplée.

Very comfortable bed, and clean room. Room a bit too small, the first room we were allocated, the ceiling was very low that we could touch it, luckily, after asking for a better room, we were given a smaller room but with a bit higher ceiling. Après avoir été agréablement accueillies nous avons passé un fort agréable séjour. Chambre spacieuse avec literie très confortable. Environnement calme apprécié en cette saison. Massages et soins tip-top! Le seul petit bémol : dommage d'un menu Identique pour un séjour de 4 nuits, bien vite oublié par la fraîcheur et les saveurs des produits et par le service en salle.
