Enjoy your vacation in the spacious, 3-star apartment on our former farm in Sinspert (municipality of Reichshof in Oberbergischen)

The house is located in a wonderful, large, park-like garden with a covered terrace, patio under large trees with a barbecue and various Play equipment for the children. The sheep graze next door ...
You will find everything you need for a relaxing outdoor stay for yourself and your children.

If necessary, a second smaller apartment can be rented in the same house.

You enter the house via the hallway, which is furnished in the old style with an antique chest, grandfather clock and wall cupboards. From there you get into the large cozy kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, espresso machine .... 2 bedrooms with double beds and a small room with a sofa bed for 2 people allow you to have a pleasant stay for up to 6 guests.
The bathroom is very spacious with a shower and bath.
In the living room, with a wonderful view of the garden, you can make yourself comfortable, TV, internet connection, free WiFi, various board games and children's games shorten the time when the weather is not so good.
Families with children as well as peace lovers who appreciate the rural surroundings with their leisure activities will feel at home!

The kids will find enough space to run around and play on the meadows by the house - the parents can enjoy and laze on the terrace or in a deck chair on the quiet meadow behind the house.
On the well-developed, marked cycle path network for the ambitious rider or comfortably with Ebike you can explore the Oberberg region or you can enjoy the countless hiking trails

... and if there is snow in winter, you will find ski slopes with a lift, toboggan runs and groomed trails in the block house 3 km away.

Of course, business people / fitters are also welcome. We offer special conditions for longer stays.

Sinspert, a village with a village character, located close to the A4 is a good starting point for many excursions.
In the summer months, visits to the dams in the area are ideal.
In the immediate vicinity, the health resort Eckenhagen, with various tourist offers such as swimming pool, sauna area, spa park, the well-known "monkey and bird park", restaurants and cafes. A little further the new tree top path "Panabora" and ultimately the surrounding big cities like Cologne, Bonn and Düsseldorf can be reached in less than an hour.
